This is the Songtsam Hotel that is least like Songtsam. It is exactly the style I like, especially the white lobby, which looks very comfortable. The open restaurant faces the swimming pool, and it is very comfortable to sit here and have afternoon tea. The room is large, and the copper countertop and basin in the bathroom let you know that this is Songtsam. The private-brand toiletries smell great, the heated towel rack is very considerate, and all supplies, including meals, are of high quality. There is a wetland park next to it, where you can go for a walk.

I accidentally booked this hotel, and it was all a surprise. The room was spacious, clean and tidy, and it was especially quiet at night. Breakfast was actually a la carte, with both Chinese and Western food. It was delicious and the girl at the front desk was very attentive. I will definitely go there again if I have the chance.

First of all, in the context of the price increase of Pu'er hotels in the Spring Festival Golden Week, I, this hotel price is up to 1,000 yuan, this can be seen as full of rooms, how good the business is, but the service! Can't keep up!
Service: First of all, the hotel showed that an extra bed could be added before check-in. After arriving at the store, the front desk said that there was no such service at all. It was Trip.com that I contacted the manager. The manager said to borrow the bed and said that the price was 500 a night. A folding bed, such a horrible price is still thanks to Trip.com for helping me bear it.
Secondly, in the case of such fire during the Spring Festival, his family only has two front desks at night. There is no problem with the front desk service, but the hotel owner is really too dark. Such a high unit price, is it suitable for such a hot business to have two front desks? They can't be too busy to be tired. Can this service keep up?
😢😢😢 Finally, because we changed rooms halfway, the hotel room helped us move things to the new room in advance, but in the process of moving, we did not bring our charger. Cleaning also sent our dropped charger in the work group, but this charger has never been seen since. We stayed for three days, and the charger couldn't be found for three days. This is really speechless. I didn't find it when I finally left. . . .
The room was clean and the location was quite good in the ancient town of Tea Horse. The ancient town can be transferred less, but there are many barbecues nearby, it is recommended not to slip barbecue. Not far from the ancient city of Tea Horse that can be transferred, the overall location is good.
The Jinyu Tea Garden experience is still possible, not a slaughterhouse, the experience feels good.
The type of breakfast is the style of 100-200 Multi-business Hotel, with a good nightingale. But the breakfast tastes worse, basically the rice noodles are delicious.
In a word, this service, pull!

The hotel is located on the riverside, and the owner and his wife are very hospitable. The waiter took the initiative to help with the luggage. Introduce nearby scenic spots. There is convenient parking. Although it is next to the wholesale market, I didn't feel noisy. The room is neat, clean and smart. Reasonable design. The business intentions are reflected everywhere. Yunnan coffee and Pu'er tea are placed on the tea table. Although there are not many breakfast varieties, it is exquisite and clean. Nutritious combination and delicious taste. There is a small terrace outside the restaurant with many flowers. I accidentally discovered a beautiful big butterfly. An unforgettable resting place on the road.

I felt that everything was fine during my stay. The only drawback for me was the hair dryer. This hair dryer is too small and not very friendly to people with long hair. If you turn on the hot air in the first gear, the wind will be smaller. If you turn on the second gear, it will be hotter and you can only alternate between hot and cold air. Blowing is troublesome and slow, which affects your mood. I suggest you use a different hair dryer. A small suggestion. Everything else is fine. All the service staff are very good. The room is clean and tidy. The lady at the front desk is very polite and the aunt in the room is also very considerate. Five-star rating.

Hotel location is good, the room is very clean, the facilities are very complete; breakfast dishes are rich, there are many types; the staff are very warm, whether it is the reception, restaurant reception, or the security master, cleaning aunt, each is a smile, people feel very comfortable. This stay experience is very good!

It's great. I will choose it again next time I come to Pu'er city for housing.
Service: Five-star service. The staff from the front desk to the restaurant are very polite. There are self-service Pu'er tea, coffee, cookies, sugar, etc. that you can try at any time. Disposable face towels, disinfectant wipes, matches and other small items are provided free of charge by the hotel. There is also midnight snack in the evening
Hygiene: The hygiene is very clean. It can be seen that some of the facilities in the room are old, but it is still very comfortable to use because of the good hygiene.
Environment: It can be seen that the boss not only wants to reflect the hotel culture to the guests, but also the Pu'er lifestyle. There is an agricultural product display and trading area on the first floor. You are welcome to drink tea and experience Pu'er culture.
Breakfast is really great! Especially the peanut soup
A few suggestions: 1. There was a broken light in the room we stayed in. It can be repaired. 2. The hotel was completed relatively early. You can add a card in the elevator to swipe. This is safe, because someone stuffed a small card in the room the next day.

OOlive GohWhen I started planning our itinerary for our 15 day Yunnan holiday, I plotted out our path to go all the way up to Shangri-la, back down to Kunming and then to Jiaozi Snow Mountain and Dongchuan Red Land. Then I chanced upon a video of Aini Garden and fell in love! The only reason we came to Pu'er was to get to Aini. This was the first place I booked, and I really took a chance because it has a no cancellation policy and I really had to stick to the date once it was made.
The initial pre-arrival experience was less than pleasant. I didn't know how we were going to get to the manor and my WeChat messages went unanswered. The hotel we stayed at in Pu'er finally got in touch with someone and got them to message me. I asked how we could get there and the answer was a curt ”take a taxi or charter a car”. No pleasantries of ”we look forward to seeing you” or offering to arrange a car.
When we arrived, no one was at reception and no one came out. Our driver was so perplexed he wondered if we were in the right place and if the place was open. Finally a young girl came out and registered us in. There was an air of aloofness from everyone else. However, once we were checked in, things warmed up quickly. We were offered coffee and freshly cut papaya and had a nice introduction chat with the lady staff.
The bedroom and bathroom is well appointed, spacious and comfortable. We would have enjoyed sitting on the balcony if the chairs were more comfortable. I love the floor to ceiling glass windows but the panel above the door should also be glass (it is just netting) so traffic sounds from the road actually comes through at night. I actually wanted to book the cottage in the hills but opted for the standard room in the main house because I was worried it would be cold. Big regret as it is actually magnificently located with stunning views. However take note that you will need to call for a buggy ride or make a 1km hike every time you want to eat or get to the main house. If you are self driving, no issues as you can park right next to the cottage. Anyway it's a small price to pay for an unlimited view of the milky way and seclusion.
This is as close to a Ryokan experience as you can get in China, minus the hot springs. 3 days 2 nights of blissful, carefree living is not quite enough. They make sure they feed you well, with the freshest produce available for hotpot dinner and home-cooked Yunnanese dishes for lunch. There are so many activities organised, from taking you up the mountain for a glimpse of sunrise (with mountain goats for company ❤️) to coffee plantation education tour to horseback riding along the mountain ridges (the view is spectacular!) to scavenging for wild vegetables and fruits to drinking, dancing and singing around the campfire! So much to do, so little time!
One area of improvement I personally would like to see is the coffee serving. They tend to be quite snobbish about how their coffee is taken. Neat, with nothing else. Asking for sugar or milk feels nearly scorned upon. Coffee is a versatile drink and can be savoured in a huge variety of ways. How else is Starbucks so successful? I felt kind of stifled and deprived because I love a good latte and had looked forward to enjoying an unlimited indulgence of coffee throughout our stay.
Anyhow, I love the ecotourism efforts here. It feels natural and unpretentious. I love the people and the camaraderie they cultivate. I especially enjoyed talking to their consultant 敬梅, a beautiful lady with extensive knowledge in Yunnan culture and ecological progress. Also thank you to 徐芳 for arranging transport back to town and giving helpful recommendations. We hope to return again.
GGuest UserOriginally, i booked only 1 night, with the intention of going onwards to Laos the next day. But i stayed a 2nd night because the room was spacious and the view out of the window was so restful.
About the room, I like it that there is a desk i could work from. And that the shower and WC areas are divided by a screen.
For the 2nd day, my room was refreshed with used toiletries replenished and towels changed. I wish the guesthouse would implement a system where guests are able to indicate if they wish to use the same towels. I am pro-environment, so if i don't change my towels everyday at home, i don't see the need to do so when i am away.
I also like the location as it was easy for me to catch Bus Route 3 to a nearby shopping area (i had KFC breakfast there), cross the road to take Bus Route 8 to Meizi Lake Park. I spent about 3 hours there, including enjoying coffee and cake in the cafe near the entrance to the park. (My biggest regard was i did not get to drink even 1 cup of Pu'er tea while in Pu'er :))
After that I back tracked on Bus Route 8 to change to Bus Route 3 to visit the Tea Horse Ancient City. Then after, I took Bus Route 3 to the shopping centre, had dinner and shopped at Walmart, before catching Bus Route 3 back to the guesthouse.
There is a walking/running track just across the road from the guesthouse. Forget about going the full length of the track. Once you see a slope on the right side, walk up there. You will get a nice viewpoint and there is a nice cafe there. If the weather is right, you get to see sunrise too! I went in the morning, the cafe was closed, so did not patronise the place. Had I known about this cafe, i would have gone there on the 1st day. Perhaps the guesthouse operator could do up a map with information of easily assessible places of interest. This could result in longer stays for free and easy travellers.
Pu'er is a well planned town/city. I like it and will recommend others to spend some time there. Most importantly, do stay at this guesthouse. The surrounding tea plantations will recharge you!
SShenjiongjiongLocation: Although it is not in the central city, it is only more than ten minutes by car. It is very convenient~
Room: The twin room I booked has a lot of space and the bedding is also very good! The toilet is separated into dry and wet areas~ The TV is also very large~ Xiaodu voice control is very good
Breakfast: On the second floor, the rice noodles are delicious!
Laundry: The elevator is on the 8th floor. Go one floor to the 9th floor to wash clothes. There are three washing machines with lifting hangers! Don't worry if there is no drying function. Pu'er is quite dry. Wash it at night and it will be dry in the morning! The layout of this floor of the laundry building is very good!
Service: The sisters at the front desk are very enthusiastic. As soon as they arrived, they started to help with the luggage! They smiled very sweetly! And there is a WeChat customer service function. If you need anything, you can say it on WeChat and respond quickly! Very good! After adding the service account, there are travel tips! The recommended food and travel routes are all on it! It is very helpful for us who have a bad memory!
The only shortcoming: Our room faces the opposite No. 6 Middle School. The morning exercises are a bit early, and we are passively woken up~ For those who wake up early, you can completely ignore it. Friends who want to sleep in are better to have a room that is not facing the road~
SShuangyeMy self-driving friend in Pu'er, Yunnan, introduced me to a hotel I booked online. Pu'er Xinpu Smart Hotel did not disappoint me. It's really good. The beauty at the front desk provided good service. The room was clean and tidy. The floor attendants worked carefully and the room was kept spotless. The hotel waiters met I will take the initiative to say hello to you! The hotel has its own parking lot in the backyard, as well as an underground parking lot. I didn't go underground, so I parked on the ground every day when I came back. The breakfast room is large and bright. There are many kinds of meals, and they are different every day. It can be seen that they are thoughtful. I stayed in the hotel for two days and felt very good. It was a satisfactory stay. High praise! If you are going to Pu'er, Yunnan, you can stay here with confidence.
RRenxiaofengSlowly (manman) taste, this place is really (zhen) good - Pu'er Manzhen Hotel!
I have always felt that Pu'er is not like a tourist city, it is more like a leisure station to relax. And Manzhen provides such a good place to calm down and slow down!
From the moment you get off the high-speed rail and pick up the station, Manzhen will infiltrate the meticulous and considerate service into every moment of your stay. Tea, beverages, lollipops, and ice cream in the lobby; various fruits, refreshments, and instant noodles during afternoon tea time for guests to enjoy at any time.
There are not many types of breakfast but it is exquisite. A bowl of warm rice noodles and various porridge is enough to wake up the stomach that has slept all night...
If you want to leave, just call the front desk and they will take you to the high-speed rail station on time.
The facilities in the room are clean and tidy, simple and atmospheric. The sanitation is in place, which is reassuring. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the water pressure is sufficient. The bed is 1.3 meters wide, and it is not crowded with children.
Take a taxi from the hotel to Daijia Lane for 10 yuan, and go to the Tea Horse Ancient City Night Market for 26 yuan.
Next time I go to Pu'er, I will choose this place again!
AAnonymous UserThe environment and surface hygiene are still very good, the ground is as clean as a mirror, and there is toilet paper at the elevator entrance. After check-in, I found that the facilities really need to be improved. Especially the water quality of the tap water is very bad, the pipe needs to be cleaned, and the vent is also very unhygienic, and the toilet lid size is not suitable. Overall, the price of one hundred and sixty-seven booked by Trip.com is OK.
GGuest UserThe location had great views over the valley, including the early morning sea of cloud. The property has a rooftop lookout that our group could get together to enjoy the view.
It helped that our taxi could drive through the narrow road of Mengben village and deposit us and our luggage on the doorstep of the homestay. This is unlike Wengji & Nuogang villages, where cars are not allowed to enter the village but deposit visitors at the village carpark.
The hospitality of the owner/hostess was remarkable.
She had a Pu'er tea table and made us endless cups of different tea all grown in her farm, explaining their differences and virtues. She did not charge us a cent for the whole experience. Neither did she try to hard sell the tea leaves although we did buy a small amount off her because we enjoyed the tea. She is a good cook and whipped up breakfast and lunch for us.
EEnglish RoseHuanongli Hotel (also known as Pastoral Hotel in English) is a beautiful little oasis in the bustling city of Pu’er! Remarkably situated on the rooftop of a historic warehouse or market building, it has been thoughtfully and tastefully designed - and is a lovely place to stay. The hotel is only a stone’s throw from the fascinating Daijia Alley, where some of the oldest buildings in Pu’er can be found - and is also within walking distance of the Tea Celebrities Garden and other landmarks. You can easily take a taxi to the Ancient Tea Horse Road. Our room was really delightful and included a pretty waterside decking area with outdoor furniture. Staff were extremely polite and helpful and breakfast was plentiful and delicious! We would HIGHLY recommend this hotel if you are planning to stay in Pu’er.
GGuest UserThis hotel is well suited to provide you with a quite relaxing weekend. It is perfect to experience the cases of clouds in the fall/winter. Unfortunately it is a bit outside of town which requires some efforts to get a taxi but it is not impossible. The small cottages are well designed and very clean. Being located in a tea plantation gives some extract nice experience. On the downside being out of the town pushes you to depend very much on the services provided by the hotel. Breakfast is to expensive given the food diversity and quality provided. The same applies to the restaurant for lunch and dinner. The hotel has been equipped with a very nice setup bar but this one is only open in the afternoon but not in the evening. In general the staff are well trained and friendly. In short i recommend the place for a short relaxation weekend
GGuest UserIf you're a coffee lover and looking for a cozy, clean and atmospheric hotel with interesting tours to coffee and tea plantations, then this hotel is a perfect match for you.
From the moment you walk in, the coffee thematic is immediately apparent, with coffee beans and coffee-related artwork tastefully integrated into the decor. The atmosphere is amazing, with a warm and welcoming vibe that instantly puts you at ease. The staff is friendly and attentive, always ready to answer any questions you may have.
The rooms are clean and cozy, with comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities you'd expect from a hotel of this caliber.
But what really sets this hotel apart are the tours to the coffee and tea plantations. These tours provide a unique opportunity to learn about the history and production of coffee and tea, as well as to taste some of the best blends in the world. The tours are led by knowledgeable guides who are passionate about their craft and eager to share their knowledge with guests.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who loves coffee, wants to learn more about the production process, or simply wants to relax in a clean and cozy environment with a great atmosphere.
Якщо ви любитель кави і шукаєте затишний, чистий і атмосферний готель з цікавими екскурсіями на кавові та чайні плантації, то цей готель ідеально підходить для вас.
