This is a new hotel conveniently located for the airport and station, but not in a touristy part of town. The facilities were really excellent. Everything is brand new and a lot of thought has clearly gone into the design. Some nice touches, like fresh fruit in the evening, and an accessible washing machine were very welcome. The bed was super comfortable and all the linens were pristine. The breakfast was Fine, nothing particularly special. But best of all I have to say was the staff. From the staff on the front desk to the lady who cleaned my room everyone was extremely welcoming and did everything they could to answer my questions, help me with any small problems and make my stay comfortable. A very big thank you to all of you. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone coming to Pu'er.

自駕雲南普洱朋友介紹在網上訂的酒店，普洱新普智慧酒店沒有讓我失望，真的很好，前台美女服務很好，房間乾淨整潔，樓層服務員幹活仔細，房間收拾的一塵不染，酒店服務員見到你都會主動問好！酒店後院有自己的停車場，還有地下停車場，地下沒去，每天回來都是停地上。早餐廳面積夠大敞亮。餐食品種不少，每天都不一樣，看得出是用心了。在酒店住了兩天，感覺很好，滿意的一次入住體驗，好評！有去雲南普洱的可放心入住。

參加普洱馬拉松訂的房間，距離普洱大劇院2公里，步行半小時就到，酒店設施非常新穎，很多設施都是智能化的，可以用小度語音控制，早點很豐盛。衞生非常棒，有乾濕分離衞生間，晚上睡覺超安靜，服務很棒，退房時間還能延長到14點，跑完馬拉松再沖個澡時間足夠，淋浴時水流特大超級舒服。酒店自帶停車場，還有新能源車充電樁。228米的房價也不貴，這是我住過最好的酒店沒有之一。下次再來普洱還選欣普智慧酒店。

從西雙版納前往昆明的路上盲選的這家酒店，總的來説體驗不錯~ 酒店設施比較新，乾淨舒適，還有歡迎水果，而且性價比高。衞浴是乾濕分離的，沐浴間花灑水量很大，洗漱非常舒服，停車場停車很方便，對自駕來普洱玩的很友好;還可以通過小度來控制空調和燈光，聯繫前台等等。早餐也不錯;本來計劃住一晚的，因為舒適就多住了一晚，作為休整，總之是會推薦朋友來的一家酒店~

我們全家是初二來的雲南，一路住了很多酒店，衹有這個酒店把我兒咬的一手包。我早上起來也渾身癢。我去酒店前台理論，前台讓我去做過敏源檢測，我就問你如果是過敏，會不會就集中在手腕？你推卸責任沒有這樣推卸的！ 娃娃現在又癢得睡不着，我想想就心疼！

欣普是是這次雲南旅行最最最滿意的酒店，完全超出了預期！酒店有接站送站服務，而且很準時。前台小姐姐和保潔阿姨都很熱情，有求必應，酒店帶有早餐，而且很豐盛，晚上還送水果。房間內部乾淨整潔，智能設施，有星級標準，拄着非常舒心，就算大年三十漲價了也願意續住。走時還送了伴手禮，能夠感受到老闆是在真正做服務，五星好評！希望酒店生意興隆，龍年大吉！
