Hostal Graciela is an excellent place to stay in Pucón. It is close to the main bus station, all the tour companies, and the best restaurants or grocery stores. The staff there is excellent - curious, helpful, professional. The rooms are clean, with smart TV and 24/7 hot water. The breakfast they provided is fresh and full of local variety. If you need anything, Henry will take care of you. He speaks English very well, which was nice for me. If I visit Pucón again, I will book with them!

Good for one night. It meets cleanliness and comfort, but nothing particularly notable. Adequate price-quality. It is not so close to the lake, but it is close to the center and steps from restaurants. Why does TripAdvisor require me to write a minimum of 200 characters? I already put what I had to say.

Excellent service from the entire hostel team, I stayed for 7 nights and everything was super good. Very complete breakfast, kitchen available, daily cleaning, everything impeccable, it has the best location close to the center and many restaurants, tour agencies and the lake. It has a beautiful view. I will definitely return. A special thank you to Claudia for all her willingness and attention, a loving person and always concerned about my well-being and willing to help :) Love to all.

The inn is great... super comfortable, bed, linen, towels... The breakfast is super delicious and helps a lot for those going on trips. Ingrid is wonderful...she prepares the coffee and always welcomes us with a smile and is always very attentive. I highly recommend the Hostel..when leaving the hostel you see the Volcano on the left side...a unique view... I loved Pucon...its beauty is unique...

We were very well received. Cozy, clean place, good bed, nice duvet, towel, warm shower. Very good breakfast and they serve it ahead of schedule if necessary, when there are tours that leave very early. Shared and equipped kitchen. I highly recommend it!!
