The people from the reception are very kind. The location is close enough to almost everywhere.

I was a little concerned about the location being a little far from the port, but it was very helpful to have snorkeling equipment and towels available for free rental.

A lot of work has gone into creating this quaint hotel. it features many aspects of the Galapagos Islands where ever you turn. Of course it is not waterfront luxury, but it is friendly, clean and great value for money. We did have a cool off in the unique pool and we valued the friendly smiles of Betsy and her staff. We had a fly screens for open window nights as well as Air con, a fridge and microwave. We were very happy with our stay.

My son and I stayed there for 11 nights. Alexandria and the other staff were great. The hotel is in a good location. Only thing that was difficult was that there was not a lot of places to put your stuff, but I had brought a lot for our water activities.

This is an excellent place to stay while staying on Santa Cruz Island. Pro: -Family owned - Clean - Spacious rooms - Mini fridge - Tiny pool (fun for children) - Pool towels provided - Uniquely designed - Breakfast included (yogurt, granola, fresh fruit, croissant, eggs, coffee/tea, fresh juice - Location is within walking distance to pier, restaurants, etc. - Mini library - Kitchen facilities if needed - Excellent restaurant recommendations Con: - more hooks needed to hang wet clothes and towels after water activities. This is a fantastic place to stay. Support local owners as opposed to staying in chain hotels. The family touch will make your visit even better. They genuinely care about their customers.

I would stay here again. Hotel Coloma, is a hybrid of an hotel and a hostel. The place is extremely clean.the place is well run by Betzy, who is always available and gives great recommendations! The rooms are relatively small and breakfast is limited. Location is great near everything.

We stayed two nights at Coloma. We absolutely loved the decor . The detail was beautiful . There was a giant map of the Galapagos islands on the main floor, colourful Galapagos islands animal carvings on walls, turtle shaped ovens, even turtle vents in the roof! The floors have depictions of rays in beautiful glass and boobie figures in various dance poses for rooms. The breakfast room is amazing with the breakfast bar being Darwin's ship! Breakfast itself was very good and the staff is extremely friendly. The location was also great.

Hotel Coloma Galápagos is a fantastic place to stay! This facility is clean, conveniently located, and the staff is competent, professional, and friendly! Bechi, our concierge, was incredible. She offered wonderful suggestions for restaurants and sightseeing opportunities. In addition, she was able to book tours at a much lower rate than we were able to get on our own. My wife and I highly recommend Hotel Coloma Galápagos.

Thanks to Tatiana at reception, for all the recommendations they were very useful to us. Alexandra in the hotel restaurant, excellent breakfasts for a busy morning. The facilities are perfect for relaxing, the service is excellent and the people are very warm.
