An amazing experience in this hostel! It’s so welcoming, cosy and feels like a home. It’s clean and an excellent service with whatever question you may have. It has a great location in a cosy neighbourhood very close to the beach! Thank you for my stay in Tenerife!

I loved the time spent there in puerto nest, the volunteers made me feel like home, they organize nearly every nigth some activity like movie night or dinner toghether, also the breackfast is really abundant whit a lot of choises.

I had such an incredible time here; very clean, located in a beautiful area, near the beach, wonderful staff, very friendly and always willing to help, would definitely recommend 😊 one of my favourite hostels I’ve been to!

This hostel was so amazing! The staff made me feel so welcome and at home as a solo traveler, truly a remarkable sense of community. The location is beautiful with lots of nature activities to do, and the rooms are comfortable.

A very pleasant stay, a great, friendly atmosphere created by staff. Good location, well-equipped kitchen. Hostel was clean and beds very comfy. Amazing view from the terrace, delicious breakfast. Highly recommend

I found this a good location, near to Loro Park and a beach to explore. I found everything I needed for a short stay, back packing trip, at the hostel. The staff are helpful, there is a young vibe lots of students from all over the world pass through, but there were also some of us older adventurers. Breakfast is laid out at a little roof terrace, the atmosphere, is relaxed and peaceful. There is a local bar and cafe and handy pharmacy in a nearby square. I watched some volleyball tournaments on the beach of dark ashy sand , and listened to a band of drummers, there are shops nearby, a cockerel and hens on the roadside . The harbour is a hive of bars and eateries, lots of seafood (I am vegan). I enjoyed a modern art exhibition. Titsa buses are cheap , you need a mask on those. I will return soon I hope.

An amazing experience! Great location and friendly staff. I definitely recommend this place 😁 I had a great time staying in Puerto Nest Hostel. I’ll never forget this place an the good vibe I found there.

entered the hostel and the first impression I have was the smell of garbage coming from the garbage cans at the door and from the dormitory. I proceeded to the check in and the employee had headphones one and proceeded with his phone call for a good 15 minutes. I had time to leave without him noticing. When I came back a nicer employee finally got me checked in and showed me the dorm. The bathroom was so humid there was mold on the shower floor. My bedsheets had a couple of stains and the locker where I was suppose to keep my valuables had a hole in it. I asked for a private room (paying extra) but there weren’t any available. I refused to stay or negotiate for better condition given the experience so far, so I left to look for another place. I asked for a (partial) refund and I had to chase down the owner for 4 days before receiving a single whatsapp message saying “Sorry no refund my hostels are not dirty”. I am a frequent hostel guest but this has been one of the worst experiences I had in terms of cleanliness and costumer service. Only positive note was one employ Thomas that was very empathetic and helpful. In end I found for less money a room with private bathroom. So I wouldn’t even recommend best hostel for the price. My only regret has been not taking pictures.
