Reception on the night of arrival March -25: The man at the reception was unfriendly and seemed busy, even though we (two of us) were the only customers checking in at 2am. The hotel information did not provide any information about parking or arriving with car so we drove to the hotel door with our bags, as usual. The fact is that hotel does not have its own parking lot or garage. Outside parking is allowed on certain streets (and it is not allowed to drive in front of the hotel!! YAY! ;) We were told about this as soon as we entered the lobby in an unfriendly and rude manner that the police will fine us for this. When we was asked to pay for the room the price was wrong. The man at the reception was arguing about the price of the accommodation, even though we had booked the room directly from their own website, with about -20% discount and tried to charge us a larger amount. He only accepted the amount when we showed our booking confirmation from our own email, but admitted that he can see the same confirmation on his computer screen.. I wouldn't have had the energy to have that conversation after a long day of traveling. There was no bag service to take to the rooms, even though there was a bag cart. We also didn't get the welcome drinks that are advertised on the hotel website. Next job for me at 2 am was to start finding free parking space somewhere around the city area.. and that is not easy. When I finally got to the room the next disaster hitter to the face. First, we got a room with a bathtub full of dirty towels (was it a late check-out room?), so I had to go back to the reception and show picture of the bathroom… After long time of reception wondering what to do now, we got the worst room in the hotel as a temporary solution for the first night. The room had a strong basement smell, spider webs on the headboard and in the lamps, the paint was peeling off the bathroom door and the landscape was a concrete wall. The beds were rock hard and uncomfortable. There were no welcome bottles of water in the room, which is advertised on the hotel website. We had chosen a room with a garden/pool view, but we were given a room on the street side, with a barbed wire in the window. In addition, we wished for higher floors, but the room was as low as you can go - on the ground floor. The air conditioning did not work. The bathroom only has gravity ventilation, so all the moisture stayed in the room. GOOD THINGS; A night snack was offered under the name "cold dinner", i.e. bread, cold cuts, fruits and water. This is not explained in advance anywhere, we found out that at the reception when checking in. Return to "our own room" was supposed to be during the next morning, the location was the same as at first. After breakfast I asked for it, but it wasn’t ready so we went to the pool. THE ONLY POSITIVE FEEDBACK: ?? After waiting for a few hours we requested a new room. I had asthma and allergy symptoms in the ground floor room so w
