A hotel with excellent value for money. Its glory days are long behind it, but it is sufficient for those who want something more than just a hotel stay. Good breakfasts and great dinners. Rooftop swimming pool (8th floor). Great location, close to the center, beach, shops and pubs.

The hotel is well located and the staff is very nice, good service at the bar-restaurant.
Good cleanliness, the rooms are cleaned daily, the view of the sea and Puerto is quite nice.
But some negative points, 1 elevator that worked out of the 3, I was on the 6th floor.
The doors slam in the morning from 7:30 a.m. to 8 a.m. and there is no way to sleep, you have to forget about lying in, the swimming pool is small but has the merit of existing.

The hotel is in drastic need of updating. On arrival, the room we were given was not fit for occupancy. The electrics were faulty, some were not working. It was filthy. So we asked for another room, it felt like the receptionist was expecting us to ask for another room as she didnt even question us why we wanted moved, she just agreed and moved us to a cleaner room but that room still needed freshened up. The food was tasty but never warm enough. It was a really, really noisy hotel, no soundproofing at all. You could hear everything. The walls were paper thin. There was no entertainment the whole time we were there. The staff were friendly enough. The pool bar staff member kept disappearing for long periods of time, so you were left with no way to get refreshments until she came back.

When we arrived we found our room stank of stale cigarettes, after complaining at reception we were told that the “technical staff “ would see what they could do, the situation never changed and after complaining each day nothing was done, after 3 days we booked another hotel as we could stay no longer, I asked for the manager to contact me but this never happened. I booked this hotel on Loveholidays which rates it as 4* however in reality it would struggle to get 2*, I also contacted Loveholidays who were not at all helpful and dismissed my complaint stating that the hotel was subject to minor wear and tear issues, what a joke, I would not recommend this hotel at all and would never contemplate returning

The hotel is suitable mainly for less demanding clients who are looking for simple accommodation at a reasonable price. Rooms are relatively clean, overall, the hotel would deserve a more serious renovation. Beakfast buffet is good, the food is constantly replenished. The hotel is located on the lucrative edge of the city center. The hotel bar is a bit more expensive, so it is worth finding something else near the hotel. Parking at the hotel is a real problem, finding a free parking lot nearby is a minor miracle. If you do not expect a high standard for low cost, this hotel will meet your expectations.
