Family-friendly Hotels in Puerto Iguazu

The design of the hotel is extremely pretty, makes you feel like you are in a rainforest resort. Breakfast has a huge variety but I love eggs so I always request eggs done differently from scrambled. The hotel is located away from the city center so you will need a taxi every time when you go out. Had a bad first experience with the taxi driver but the hotel listened and I had a great driver, Pablo after that incident. A big thank you to Vanessa and also Lucia for all their help during my stay! The other receptionists are really either not helpful or can’t speak English well, that’s disappointing for a 5 star hotel. The hotel swimming pool was under maintenance so I didn’t get to use the pool.

The room is nice and the location is great, probably the best location to see three countries at a glance. The outdoor swimming pool and the surrounding area are full of exotic atmosphere. There is a bus to Iguazu Falls at the door. The front desk staff are enthusiastic and patient.

Very good hotel, not far from Argentina after crossing from Brazil, not far from Iguazu Falls. Clean and sanitary, surrounded by green space, good environment. Super hot water, bath gel and shampoo, but the bathroom floor is slippery and there is no handrail (I don't know if the hotel management can see this comment, if handrails can be installed on the bathroom wall, it will provide better safety protection.)
