The lady behind the counter was super helpful and nice. She was able to speak good english. She accurately booked activities for us, that all worked out fine. In addition, she packed lunches for us to take on our outings. The food at the Hostel's restaurant was good, and appropriately priced.

We stayed here in December 2024, a great time to visit the region. Unfortunately we were given a very small room, had no electricity in the morning, the hot water ran out, and then we mistakenly overpaid and the manager refused to refund. Shame but would recommend other places at this price.

We had a nice stay (the staff and Norlly at the hostal were really lovely), but a really horrible experience with the owner who effectively stole from us. We paid an amount in error before arrival and they confirmed via email (and per their contract) that they would return the funds sent in error. On arrival, they simply refused and the owner spoke to us incredibly rudely and said it was our mistake and they wouldn’t fix it. All of this after we’d spent the morning with no electricity due to a local issue, which they also just ignored. Such an awful attitude and really left a sour taste- a real shame.

An excellent Hotel - welcoming staff - super comfortable rooms - warm and cosy - a great location - Definitely one of the most charming places to stay in Puerta Natales !!! I would definitely recommend this to any friends who are going to travel here

An increíble little hotel in PNT. Cozy rooms, extremely comfortable beds and linens and hot showers (great post-“O circuit”) stay. They serve espresso and some baked goods in the lobby, which are delicious. The staff is warm and carrying and held a bag for me while I was on the trek. Breakfast is delicious as well!

Quelle merveilleuse expérience ! Nous avons, encore une fois, pu apprécier cet extraordinaire sens de l'accueil et cette fabuleuse gentillesse chilienne. Tout, absolument tout, a été parfait. La chambre était superbe, bien chauffée et d'une propreté irréprochable. Nous avons également pu déguster quelques plats préparés sur place un soir ainsi qu'un petit déjeuner "à la carte". Franchement c'était super ! N'hésitez pas à venir à l'Amerindia hostea de Puerto Natales !
