Costa Palawan’s accommodation was excellent. They have the best customer service ever and free airport transfer aside from their beautiful and clean hotel, they have pool and restaurant and bar. Highly recommended for a wonderful and affordable stay in Puerto Princesa. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ You can’t go wrong if you’ll chose Costa Palawan.

If you’re looking for a quiet and peaceful place to stay that’s also conveniently accessible for tour pick-ups, this is the perfect choice. The breakfast buffet is excellent, and the customer service is outstanding. Our stay was truly worth it—highly recommended! Thank you for making our visit so harmonious, and special thanks to the staff for being so warm and accommodating.

I like the place. The rooms are very spacious. The view of the beach is very relaxing and staffs are friendly. My son loves the swimming pool.

Cleanliness: 9/10 The room was clean, nice, and tidy. The pillows, bedsheets, and blankets smelled freshly laundered, and the floor and furniture were spotless. Cleanliness is highly maintained not just inside the room, but also in the hallways and other public areas. They do housekeeping every day, change the towels regularly, and always make sure your hygiene kit is fully stocked. The only issue I had was on my first day—the room wasn’t prepared according to my request, possibly due to an oversight. I had to be transferred to another room, and while it didn’t smell very pleasant at first, it was still clean overall. Location: 10/10 If you're looking for a peaceful place with a great view but still not too far from the city center, this is perfect! It’s not far from the airport and is surrounded by restaurants, drugstores are near, small stores for cheap things to buy, nearby malls, and groceries—but then the area isn’t crowded. It strikes a great balance between convenience and tranquility. Btw, if you are just travelling for leisure (DIY),renting a motor to go around is much cheaper than getting a tricycle Service: 10/10 I stayed here for 3 nights and 4 days, traveling alone. The staff made me feel really comfortable and were always ready to help with anything I needed—from check-in to check-out. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. Filipino hospitality was truly evident here (Im a Filipino). Special shoutout to the restaurant staff who served breakfast and other meals—they were always smiling, friendly, and attentive. Amenities: 10/10 Everything was in excellent condition and worked perfectly. I especially appreciated the free airport shuttle—it was very helpful and convenient. Since I was also attending to some paperwork during my stay, I was happy to be able to relax and enjoy the amenities in between. Definitely worth the price. I’ll surely come back!

Hotel is nice and rooms are clean, It’s just the staffs in the restaurant are too loud and un respectful to the guest. While we are dining they are gossiping and discussing in the bar then I call one waiter to tell them pls not too loud. Even the other table is also complaining. Still they don’t stop.

It is a little bit away from the town. But with a ride it’s easy to get there. The room was very good. 2 big beds and always clean. The breakfast changed every day. The staff was very friendly and polite. The pool was nice and clean as well. The food at the restaurant was very delightful.

I had a great stay at Costa Palawan Resort! It’s beautiful and the rooms are clean and spacious. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, always smiling and assisting with booking tours and renting bikes for getting around Puerto Princesa. The facilities are nice, especially the swimming pools, but the gym and spa could use some improvements. Breakfast had limited options, but it was sufficient, and I really enjoyed the omelettes. I recommend renting a bike or car for easier access from the hotel but overall we had a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this resort!

Ok, we popped in for 2 days, extended by 3 more, all staff were correct, friendly, professional, happy. No local shops, but just a 3 min ride in a tuktuk to Robinsons mall, a little further to Sm.The morning breakfast buffet is very good, brewed coffee, frech juices, a great choice that really sets you for the day, theyl even cook a fresh omelette for you. The bedrooms are very comfortable, with excellent pillows, duvet and mattress . Very nice shower room. Nice good sized balcony. A choice of 2 pools, 2 with a bar. A nice restaurant with more than adequate menu We had 2 evenings of very nice 1 hour massages, they even visited our room.. 2 bad things, No Netflix or smart tv options (they really should sort this , they have excellent WiFi everywhere), just cable. No sandy beach, but, the great pool kinda made up for that. Would we stay again, yes, 100% excellent.
