Mine and the wife’s first stay in Gran Canaria. Servatur JB is a small and quiet hotel out of the way. Staff were excellent and helpful with any queries we had. The AC in our studio room kept leaking and the maintenance man came out to fix it straight away. The pool area was small and peaceful and the pool bar was good food needing a snack or drink.

Absolutely deserves more than two stars. Immaculate from every area. We stayed in a studio for two and has everything you need for self catering. The views are stunning plenty of Sun beds never had an issue having one. The staff are very welcoming especially Rita and the cleaning staff to defiantly be back.

JB Was exactly as we expected. This is 2 star self catering apartment so we knew what we were getting. Pedro was fantastic and suprised us with cava and a whirlpool room as I had emailed to confirm booking and mentioned our anniversary. This is not a hotel for people wanting to socialise and be rowdy. It’s quiet , clean and views are amazing. Shower was powerful, cleaners friendly , the location means lots of walking. It was exactly what we wanted - thank you to the team !!

Location amazing, got the sun all day round even when there were patches of cloud. Around 700 steps down into the town so maybe not the ideal location if your mobility is a little limited. Cleaning staff super friendly, reception staff a little frosty on arrival but lovely by the time we left. Super quiet, rooms big and facilities lovely.

We have just returned from this hotel and will not be returning. I would advise that anyone considering visiting this hotel should be very physically fit. We had to go up 101 steps from our apartment to the road. Having to do this a couple of times a day and haul heavy suitcases up at the end of our stay was horrendous. The rooms are tired and air conditioning is poor. Reception staff were at times rude. There is no shower facility for the last day. On one particular day we saw a rat running across the ground near the pool. Only positives are a lovely sea view and comfortable beds. The bar was closed for the duration of our stay so no drinks or snacks.

Very disappointed. Apartments old, endless steps not good for suitcases, pool bar and snacks none existing can't sit on balcony unless you want smell of **** in your apartment.. only good thing was the amazing views of puerto rico due to hotel being in the gods... you will spend a fortune on taxis to go to the centre to eat..

this hotel was terrible, there was loads of stairs to walk up and down, there was loads of bugs crawling around the kitchen counter and in the wardrobe in the bedroom, the bar was hardly open it is ridiculous it is not worth the money at all won’t be coming back here. got here at 12 o’clock at night and no one was here he gave us a sheet of paper to find out own bedroom what it was hard with it been dark. Got kicked out the room at 12 o’clock in the day of leaving with no where to go no shower room. Do NOT book to come here you are wasting your money… everytime the bar was closed there was a different reason

Bad room too many steps to get to with cases up and down no privacy balcony all in show all around air conditioning crap not blowing ants all over kitchen services bedroom far too hot very uncomfortable to sleep in no where for drinks out five days here bar closed 3 times out five joke ! Went to sister hotel what a hotel to this one unreal ! This isn't worth money I think for what payed shocking ? Realy we should have refund .?
