Excellent.. hidden gem. Rooms were great very spacious & modern environment. The pool was clean.. but freezing! The bar staff were really good.. very happy & really helpful. We arrived at 12am very tired after the journey, trying to get to reception was a trek , there’s no signage to tell you where to go to reception, from the entrance. Very daunting that late at night. The only complaint was our sheets weren’t changed by day 5, I had to request clean sheets. Great hotel in general , definitely re visit.

The apartments are light and airy and kept spotlessly clean! The pool staff are excellent you've got the choice of the busy pool with music or the hotel next door which was quiet! Wouldn't like to visit here in the hight of summer as no aircon and the rooms get quite warm! Only 2 plugs in the apartments so take an extension lead! Well equipped with toaster and kettle but no cutlery! Would stay again as centrally located and a lovely stay.

What a lovely stay!!! Staff were very friendly and helpful especially the bar and pool staff. Immaculately clean pool area, eating area and reception. Our apartment was great, clean, quite spacious and comfortable. Not too far from shopping centres just down the stairs and your there. All in all a great stay will definitely be returning, thankyou.

Nice Apartments. Found the Reception a little hit and miss. Asked for two more pillows and that took two days to arrive. Very clean apartments although a little spartan on plug sockets it was appointed with everything we needed. Beds comfortable and cupboard space ok for two. wouldn't think its sufficient for many more guests. Entertainment ok and the Bar area decent. Pool/Loungers very good and location OK but the Steps down are being maintained by the council so used Taxis to return from Commercial Centre. Overall good for the price.

Lovely hotel, staff all very friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed our stay. So handy for the commercial centre, walk down was OK,and 5£ for a taxi back up.weather was brilliant and we got the ferry to mogan, it was so beautiful. I definitely will return

A wonderful room with nice colours and furnitures in harmony. Nice wiew over the bay. Friendly staff. Nice surroundings and restaurants. We like that the town had an old charm. Would like though, more hooks for clothing and storing for shoes beside the door.

The hotel was excellent, the staff were very helpfull, the entertainment boy was Great, young Portoguese boy called Jose . The room was very well equipped and the cleaners were excellent. My only criticisms the WiFi was terrible and a phone to the reception should be installed for emergencies, I had an accident and couldn’t get help because the Wi-Fi was so bad I couldn’t get a connection through my mobile phone to call for help. I had to basically drag myself to the balcony and call for help by shouting to someone on a lower floor over the balcony. An ambulance was then called tobtak me to hospital for treatment by the duty manager I believe.

Loverly hotel, spotless and staff fvery friendly and helpful. The only downside was the position of the room. No view at all.
