We booked this hotel as we needed an extra night before checking into our main holiday.
Pleasantly surprised at how lovely this place was. We had a pool level room with a huge terrace, very clean, well maintained. The only downside was only the bedroom had air conditioning and as we used the sofa bed (very comfortable) as well it was a really hot night!
Excellent y friendly service and the buffet breakfast was lovely. But a long walk and multiple lifts … but wow the view from up top was incredble.
We would definitely stay here again

What a fantastic hotel. Stayed on second floor room 1208. The self catering apartment had everything you needed. Huge fridge with freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and microwave. Super clean with the biggest balcony I’ve seen 2 sunloungers, table and chairs with huge parasol. And very private. Only stayed a week so never went to the pool. Our lovely maid cleaned our room 5 days out of the 7. A fantastic snack bar that served delicious baguettes, pizza, cakes, pastries. Open from 8am until 10pm. Only 10 min walk out of the main entrance and you are at the Commercial Centre where you can visit many bars and restaurants. Adela on the front desk was lovely and welcoming. Would definitely stay in this fantastic hotel again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Beautiful apartments in fabulous location! This is our second visit and certainly won't be our last. The staff here are all so lovely from the cleaners to reception staff always a smile and a happy hola you must be so proud of them. We were on floor 6 and loved the views , short lift down and everything on the doorstep..... perfect! Super comfy bed and pillows we had the best nights sleep ( helped by lovely cocktails nearby ). Excellent as always, our 9th stay at this hotel, lucky enough to get our favourite room of 117 with the whirlpool tub outside. This room is on the ground floor and leads straight out to the commercial center, which is a huge bonus for us. Arrived earlier than check in, but we were allowed access to our room straight away, slippers, bathrobes and fizzy drinks, Prosecco and water with snacks were all free in our room on arrival….. amazing facilities and staff. We booked the breakfast package and it was absolutely amazing for the small cost. Fresh pastry and bread, fruit, full cooked breakfast plus chefs cooked fresh pancakes and omelettes On request, all absolutely delicious….. have booked twice again for this year…. It’s our little piece of heaven ❤️❤️

Clean and tidy rooms really nice staff. A good choice of breakfast daily, with a pool bar, and a mini- supermarket and bakery onsite. Apartments have a good aspect, and the terraces are very large. Would recommend a stay at the Terrazamar Sun Suites.

Just returned from a wonderful week at the Terrezemar. We have been going to Peurto Rico for years and this will now be our go to hotel. We are in our 60s and our knees are getting a bit dodgy but this place has solved all our problems. Fantastic location. Lovely large balcony. The beds were a dream. The lovely little cleaning lady kept it spotlessly clean. We were in room 307. Please say thankyou to her. We loved the little bakery shop and pool bar. All the staff were lovely and friendly. Thanks to everyone for a fab holiday ❤️

This hotel deserves more than 3 stars .it's so clean and friendly .rooms are a good size with all the amenities you need .cleaners come in and change bedding and towels every day .The little cafe bar do great food and reasonable prices .this is our 1st time in gran caneria and we definitely comming back to this hotel .there's plenty of pools and tennis courts if you fancy a lazy day and it's 5 min walk to the main *****.
