Morasol Suites

We’ve been to Puerto Rico many times but previously have stayed at the top of many steps. This brilliant hotel is at the bottom of the hill with very easy access on the flat to the beach and all of the restaurants and cafes that we usually have to walk up and down many steps to get to. The swimming pool is a lovely area with sun beds always available. Also because we were in easy walking distance we could easily leave the hotel to go for lunch or a drink on the beach late afternoon as the sun was setting. Staff especially reception staff were amazing and never too busy to say hello and pass the time of day. Elena and Cristina in particular went out of their way to show us different room types and prices for 2026.

Stayed here for a week with my 2 children. Great apartments, great staff and great pool. Situated on the harbour so the views are great and we were close enough to all attractions. Breakfast was always good and the pool bar was also a welcome addition. Pool is a very good size and everything is very clean. Rooftop was also great with a mini plunge pool and along views. Apartments are a good size, great views from the balcony and always cleaned to a high standard. It never feels crowded, unlike the marina suites next door. What makes this a 5 is how friendly the staff were from start to finish. The receptionists were always happy to talk to you us and always with a smile. It was that good we are coming back on April 18th, something I never do, can't wait.

One of the best breaks we have ever had. We came end of October for 9 nights, we stayed at the Marina Suites last year, but used to walk past this hotel and think how lovely and peaceful it looked. we was checked in by the lovely David, he was absolutely wonderful and made us feel very welcome, we had the ground floor apartment pool view room 129, it was wonderful and had everything we needed. We found our stay extremely relaxing, no running to sun beds, no loud music playing, everything was so peaceful and relaxing, just what we needed. We loved it that much we booked while we were there for next year. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to come to Puerto Rico, it’s on flat ground and Bars and restaurants are easily accessible. We opted for Bed & Breakfast, the Breakfast was sufficient but could be so much better. The bits that could be improved was the Sun-bed area near the roundabout, people used to hang around and sit on the wall waiting for the bus to come pick them up, maybe some privacy screening along the fence would improve this. Also a few minor works like the tiles around the outside of the room could do with clean and paint. I still give this hotel 5 star rating just for the sheer fact it was so peaceful and relaxing.
