Right from food to the hospitality to the serenity of the environment, everything was commendable and an experience I cannot ever forget in my life. The dincharya was nicely designed and the masters/instructors/guide delivered the session in a very good way. Madhu Bala ma'am, House of Knowledge, was very polite and cooperated in every ways she can. I spent time with her knowing what all is there at Dharana, to which she answered in detail. I have loved each and everything, nature's blessing certainly experienced in a fullest way.

It started with a full-body analysis that somehow understood me better than I understand myself, followed by a customized diet that was as healing as it was delicious. Then came the treatments—Shirodhara that quieted the mental chatter, Abhyanga and Potli massages that melted tension, salt scrubs that left my skin glowing, and the ultimate trio: sauna, steam, and ice bath. Add to that acupuncture, oxygen therapy, and daily massages, and I was floating. Yoga and sound healing meditations helped me reconnect to my breath, while strength and endurance training using water-filled stability equipment added a fun, new edge to movement—challenging and balancing at once. There was grounding in every step. Nature, silence, stillness. A room so comforting, it felt like it knew exactly how to hold you. No rush. Just peace. Absolutely magnificent stay in a environment of exceptional natural beauty. We stayed here for a 7 day ayurvedic medical treatment and were surprised to see the level of medical support and personalized treatments and therapies. Excellent organic food, superb service and incredibly friendly staff at the health center, restaurants and housekeeping. A must-do when you want a reset from your hectic life.
