"I had a very pleasant stay. The hotel staff were warm, courteous, and always willing to help, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The breakfast spread was good, with a nice variety of options. A special thanks to the chefs and the serving staff for their kindness and attentive service. I would also like to appreciate our room attendant, Mr. Runal, who did an excellent job. He was always responsive to our requests and ensured that our room was kept clean and comfortable throughout our stay. The only area where I feel there is room for improvement is the lunch and dinner menu. While the presentation was good, the taste did not quite meet our expectations. Additionally, the prices seemed a bit on the higher side considering the overall dining experience. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would be happy to recommend this hotel for its outstanding hospitality and service."

The food quality was also not great. The dishes we ordered were average in taste and presentation. Overall, our experience was average. While the hotel's location and amenities were good, the staff's attitude and food quality didn't meet our expectations.
