We booked 2 suites of 3 bedrooms each and had an absolutely fantastic stay! Great hospitality, very clean, very accessible, stocked kitchen, washer, dryer, amenities, and super attentive butler service. 100% will return and recommend to all.

Perfect location to get to our meetings and was a comfortable stay. The room had everything you needed for a good nights rest.

One of the best 5-star hospitality experiences we’ve had for a family staycation. Honestly, this place is a hidden gem! I’m a repeat guest at this property and this time again, the hospitality was absolutely top-notch. Being a Marriott Platinum member, I’ve stayed at quite a few Marriott properties, but the way we were taken care of here was honestly above and beyond. A special shoutout to Mrinmoyee . She got in touch with me even before we arrived and was constantly in touch throughout our stay. Literally, just a missed call away whenever we needed anything. She was always on her toes to help with every little request, and almost everything we asked for was taken care of. When you’re travelling with family and kids, these small things make a HUGE difference and make you feel genuinely valued as a guest. We had originally booked a 2BHK and they upgraded us to a 3BHK, which was honestly super helpful for our family. They also did a lovely room decoration for us, completely complimentary. Really thoughtful gesture! Another thing that really stood out was their generosity. Even small things like the kids’ meals were provided complimentary instead of being charged separately. During happy hours, some of our family members weren’t drinking, and the team still managed to arrange food for them without any extra charge after taking internal approval. The waiter could’ve easily said no, but he went out of his way to help. These are the little gestures that stay with you. We also had a small confusion about using the stove and the staff came running immediately to help us. Housekeeping was perfect. Honestly, I don’t see much scope for improvement there. And the food… WOW! The room decor was lovely, but the best surprise for me was the pastry . I’ve had Pastry at so many places across the world, and I can genuinely say this was easily among my top 3. Super tasty, at least to my taste. I could go on and on about it, but then this review will become a blog Breakfast was decent too, with no complaints. For families, they also had some activities for kids, which was really nice. You can see that the team is genuinely thoughtful about family guests. If I had to suggest just ONE thing, it would be a small indoor play area for kids. Even if they could dedicate one small space/room for it, I think it would be a fantastic addition. This place already has so much going for it, and an indoor kids’ area would make it even more family-friendly. The gym deserves a special mention too. It’s HUGE, very well maintained and beautifully designed. I’ve used gyms at many hotels, and this one definitely impressed me. With this kind of infrastructure, I’d happily come back again. Also, I really want to recognise the gentleman at the pool. I’m terrible with names, unfortunately, but I remember seeing him around the gym and pool. Every request I made was met with prompt support—whether it was housekeeping in the evening after returning from work or assistance with receiving multiple deliveries from Amazon and Myntra. The staff even helped manage returns seamlessly, which was a huge relief during a busy schedule. A special mention goes to Akhaya, who delivered my packages almost every evening right to my room with a friendly smile. This thoughtful gesture made daily life so much easier. The daily breakfast buffet deserves its own praise! There was always a wide variety of options to choose from, catering to all tastes. Chef K. Subba Rao stood out for his hospitality—he never missed an opportunity to offer freshly prepared hot South Indian dishes that were absolutely delicious. Housekeeping services were consistently excellent as well. Ramji ensured that all essentials were replenished daily and that my suite remained spotless throughout my stay. What truly touched me was the farewell arranged by the front desk team—Avneet and Shaurya surprised me with a beautiful dessert and a lovely souvenir to take back home. This thoughtful gesture perfectly capped off my stay, making me feel cared for in every way possible. In summary, Marriott Suites Pune exceeded all expectations with their outstanding service, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality.
