"We have just returned from a 10-day stay at this wonderful hotel. Really don't know where to start. We arrived around 12.30pm and were greeted by Marion who checked us in and directed us to our room, which was brilliant, as we didn't expect to be able to get into the room until 3pm. Natalia on reception in the evening was so helpful and friendly. We were greeted by the lovely Ferron and served by Adara. Our first evening meal was lovely, choice of salad, soup and hot food, plenty for all tastes and this continued throughout our stay, again at breakfast, there was plenty of choice. During the course of the week, we were also served by Joe, Charlie, Victor, Albert, Rosana, Abel. Don't think any of the staff stopped smiling the whole time we were there, and the smiles were genuine, not just for the guests. It was like one big family all working at the same place! The hotel was absolutely spotlessly clean, the staff who cleaned were incredible, it is a thankless task when guests return from the beach, us included, bringing tons of sand back with them, but there was never any sand or dirt of any description on the floor and the rooms were cleaned every day. Again, nothing was too much trouble and they were politeness personified. The pool bar area was again spotlessly clean; the food is very reasonable priced and plenty of it! As we sat there, we were visited by two pigeons, one had an injured leg and we think the guests felt sorry for it, as it was considerably larger than the other one! The drinks again were not overly expensive as this can happen in some resorts. Outside, there were plenty of cafes and restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies and gift shops, all around the area of the beach. The beach was clean, the sea was stunning and as we went into the sea, there were millions of tiny fish swimming around our feet, some areas of the beach were quite rocky and uneven, which may be a problem for someone with mobility issues, but there are areas which are very flat as well. Overall, if it was possible to give this hotel and staff 20, we would not hesitate; felt quite emotional on Tuesday when we left, it felt like we were leaving good friends behind. We will definitely be back next year."

"We had a great 3 night stay here. The apartment was quite large with a balcony at the front and a smaller one off the bedroom, so we were able to get the sun most of the day. The kitchen was well equipped and we also asked for and got a coffee maker for our stay. The breakfast was lovely with a good selection. There is a supermarket right next door which supplied all our needs at reasonable prices. All the staff we encountered were very helpful and friendly. The resort itself was quite small although there were enough restaurants to eat in a different place for a week. All that we tried were lovely and, again, reasonably priced. We were able to go for long walks and there were several people properly hiking. We got a taxi from and to the airport for around £30 euros each way. All in all a lovely place suitable for older couples and young families. Will definitely return."

"excellent hotel. Right on the beach. All areas in this hotel are immaculately clean. The staff are its greatest asset~friendly, polite and professional. (special mention to Adarra). My wife has difficulty walking and this hotel could not do enough for her. All without being asked~so thoughtful and caring x Recommend visiting this hotel 100%"

"I am being totally honest this is my worst experience at an all inclusive holiday. I am a disabled traveller and no assistance was available to take my bags to my room. Sadly the food is not up to much, not much choice really, it was all very much the same, if you like pasta and sauces and chips you are ok. Be aware that the spa and alarte restaurants you have to pay more for its not included, I was aware that the treatments were more but not to go into the spa pool. There is a sign on your door that you can put out to say you don't want your room cleaned but the staff don't take note of this and enter your room anyway. I had medical equipment which was moved and took me a while to re set up. The island itself is lovely and the views are out of this world, however the hotel and some of its staff let it down."

"Was greeted with a drink on arrival. The lack of literature on arrival to know the facilities and area I feel needs addressing. I can't complain about the apartment as it was well equipped for us as self catering. Room was kept clean. I feel the towels were of a slight grey colour and may need replacing. The bar charges for a can of Guinness I have to address €6 per can. The TV does not allow you to watch channels as bad reception so not worth having it at all in the room. If you want peace and quiet then avoid as it was kid central. No bars and lack of choice of restaurants in area. Not much to do. I did read previous reviews but feel they did not provide accurate information. We do tend to come knowing children are at school but in this instance should be at school!"
