"An unforgettable experience worth repeating."

"Wow what a find. A late deal to this hotel but gosh did we land on our feet! The position is unbeatable. Just cross a quiet road to a blue flag gorgeous beach. The hotel staff are so helpful and friendly. Big shout out to Natasha and Charlie. It's spotless . Rooms are small but perfectly adequate. Shower is amazing powerful and hot. We had a poolside room with a terrace which was brilliant. Prices in the hotel are very reasonable. Cheaper that the town . Breakfast was excellent . Always plenty and a good choice. We were half board and found the evening meal ok as well. Its worth going into the dinning room slightly later than opening as then you can get a table on the outside terrace which is lovely and cool with a view of the sea. We had entertainment every other day which was better than many other more expensive places we have stayed. Will we return .. YES!"

"Our stay at Insotel Punta Prima Prestige was wonderful in every way. The hotel offers great amenities, a relaxed atmosphere, and top-tier service. Special thanks to Nina from the reception team. When our room's sea view didn't fully meet our initial expectations, Nina handled the situation with great care and professionalism. She offered us complimentary dinners as compensation, which turned out to be absolutely delicious! That kind of guest-centric approach really made our holiday special. Highly recommended!"

"We have just came back from Menorca and had a great stay in this hotel. The rooms are 8/10, spacious and everything was working, however outdated, walls, doors scratched and sound isolation bad. Food and beverage was 9/10, various dishes every night, drinks (self service tap) included for dinner, despite we were on half board. It was great, however could have been some extra step, something special. Animation team and staff was the best 10/10, Mario at the sangria worshop made my day, but all the others deserve the 5* rating. Gym is well equipped, directly next to the pools, 10/10. Pools and the Seth club were also great. Generally everyone was kind amd helpful with me and my 1 year old daughter."

"Edited my first review as I think I was a little harsh We’re currently here now. Apologies if you are coming here and read this but I am trying to be fair and honest so i hope you disagree with my review and enjoy it, but I have to be honest. I rarely leave poor reviews Thought we’d got a bargain for the price, but it was like advertising a heavily discounted rolls Royce but driving away in something much cheaper. I’ll start with the positives Walking down the path to reception , you think you’re getting a 5 star hotel You can always get a sun bed The beach is close by Bed is comfortable Estrella beer on tap The grounds are nice The entertainment team put on a good show, you can see they make a big effort The negatives Ants in our room Bathrooms old and dilapidated Rooms old fashioned The place is over run with kids and like a wacky warehouse at times, Food is not good, it’s overcooked and they run out of it regularly, choice is poor Wine is cheap & awful, Meat is tough and chewy Staff didnt seem happy.at the start of the some are nice though, but they just look fed up, but then with sheer amount of families & kids it must be difficult to keep up Pool toilets, saw them cleaned just once,, awful, graffiti on back of toilet doors I saw one had scratched 2017 in to the door .. so it’s been there 9 years Pools are ok but chaotic No pool side tables No pool side waiters You can PAY for their 5 star prestige suites and restaurant But wait .. isn’t it supposed be 5 star anyway? it’s a 4 star hotel if I’m being generous I’ve stayed in much better 4 stars"
