El servicio del hotel excelente, muy agradable, tienes cerca la playa, en el mismo hotel un bar para tomarte algo cuando quieras
La piscina excelente, todo ordenado y limpio.

We have been to primasud renamed bimbolla apartments 4 times previous .They are now under new management on arrival we could see straightaway that things wasn't as good as they was previously places just seemed a little neglected and not tip top as they used to be .Our apartment was fine and done the job ,breakfast was acceptable,but evening meal not ,I would suggest booking just B&B and having evening meal elsewhere ,we hired a car so was able to drive to some outstanding places to eat at .Staff were very friendly and It was so lovely to see one of the original lady's on the hot breakfast counter .The place just needs a good spruce up and really good tidy ,it wouldn't put us off staying again though .

Had a fantastic time and very relaxing but unfortunately when it rains, the apartment gets flooded! Contacted hotel twice by email with photos as some of our clothes were still in our suitcases on the floor and but still have not received a reponse :(

I had a great stay at Bimbolla Apartments. Angela G made the stay excellent by checking me in late in the evening and also booking my trip to the South Coast. Angela also made timely reservations for my taxi back to airport.
Apartments are clean, safe, and has a restaurant, AC, large size, two balconies, kitchen, working fridge, TV. Two pools, beautiful surroundings! Location is close to a beach, bus stop.

Beautiful apartments near a beach in Punta Prima: The reception staff is great! Angela checked me in around 10 pm. The apartment is large, with two balconies. AC works fine. The fridge works fine. Shower both hot and cold. Housekeeping is good. Beds comfortable. Light switches fine. TV fine.

Second time visiting this resort and eight years later I can say it’s desperately in need of a refresh. I don’t think the apartment interiors have had any work done for years and it shows. All a little grimy and dated. They’ve replaced the lovely sofa - bar area with a large restaurant which is a shame and there’s no longer any decent cheap and cheerful bar snack options. We missed being able to sit and have a drink in the lounge after sundown. The pool table and table tennis have been shoved into a corner too. Everything was just ok. The apartment was just ok, the facilities were just ok, the food was just ok, the pools were just ok. Don’t jump in the pool or play with a ball or have any inflatables either, lest the safety ‘no fun’ officer blows his anti-craic whistle at you. Nothing remarkable going on here.

The rooms are not very sound proof on my last night all I could hear was people moving around above us, beds are quite comfy. The restaurant was useless being half board and getting free dinner I showed are wristbands but was not told they have different menus so after we ordered and ate and then walked away we got chased down by the waiter asking to pay the bill because we had ordered from the menu that wasn’t free to us and at the same time we were not told before hand

Overall, a good value place to stay. As other reviews have said, the decor is a little dated, but perfectly acceptable, and the apartment was as clean as one would hope. End of June was unexpectedly quiet, but in a good way. Bus to Mahon runs hourly from the bottom of the road (5 mins walk) and is Euro 1.80 each way. Plenty of space to park if you hire a car. Some great restaurants in the town (recommend Casa Fermin) and a great beach. Only minor issue was the air-con wasn't great, but hey ... it's 32 degrees in June in the Med ... so we knew what to expect. Breeze through the apartment cooled it in the day, just a bit warm overnight. Would definitely go back.
