Whenever we visit puri, we stay in Hotel Holiday Resort. This time also we did the same. Our stay was from 10th May 2025 to 16th May 2025, in their Family Quadruple-bedded Room. It was very nice & their staff were also well-behaved & curteous. The rooms were very clean & spacious. But, we felt like some facilities we're missing. Some of them are as follows:- 1. We have their Privilege Membership card & get 20% discount on our room rates, bakery, laundry & spa. That's good. 2. But, a major problem is that they don't serve complimentary breakfast. When we are paying Rs. 7,000/- for room, we feel like missing this. And, nowadays we get complimentary breakfast in each & every hotels. Then why should this hotel (almost like a 5-star hotel) be an exception to this? 3. At the swimming pool, we have to hire Nylon swimming costumes, which costed us Rs. 120/-. They also have some items like swimming googles, etc. which you have to purchase fully. Even the beach balls are also for sale & not even for rent. The beach balls costed Rs. 100/- & the swimming goggles costed Rs. 400/-. We feel like, when we have the Privilege Membership card, then we should get these Free of cost, or even the 20% discount should be applicable to this also, but unfortunately, it's not. 4. Also, the price rates of their food at their Restaurants (Fusion & Gajapati) is on a higher side. Our first day breakfast (1 x Ch. Club Sandwich, 1 x Masala Dosa, 1 x Aloo Paratha) costed Rs. 739. This I think, is not at all acceptable. Even if, because of the card, I'm getting the discount, it's just saving the GST amount, & nothing else. 5. We got Complimentary Jhalmuri & Masala Chai for our evening snacks. But, seriously, Jhalmuri only? Which Hotel, nowadays, gives Jhalmuri as evening snacks? Yes, I know, it tasted great, but when we're paying Rs. 7,000/- for our stay, then atleast there should have been something Pakora-like snacks. 6. Now, the next point is about something that we never experienced at our previous stays. The washroom was little bit stinking from the very first day. This was not at all acceptable. But, after 1-2 housekeeping service, the smell went off. But, the room was very spacious & clean. I want the responsible correspondent to take some measures against these points to clear up these issues. Thank you.

This was my 3rd stay at the Hotel in the last 6 years... as a matter of fact it's the only place that comes to my mind when it comes to vacationing in Puri....invariably my next stay in Puri would be here only...the hotel has been nicely done up since my last stay in 2012..the decor is aesthetically pleasing...the quality & taste of food has been maintained, which was really welcoming ...probably the Menu has been a little elaborated...the service is still up to the mark... the familiar smiling faces added to the feel good factor...away from the maddening crowd...the vista is to die for...looking forward to my next trip...need to pre-book well in advance to get the Cottage of your choice....

We had a comfortable stay in the hotel. Very good and prompt service. Staff at the reception were also very cordial and supportive. Good view of the sea from the family rooms. Good continental food - Arunav Kol

Me and my family have been staying in this hotel since 1989 whenever we are in Puri. The reasons are lots: Excellent location and walking distance of sea beach. Value for money rooms and efficient and polite staff. Good food (i tried the newly opened Fusion restaurant and really liked the beautiful decor using white and green colours). Suggestion: hardly any but would like to suggest the management to take care of the view of room from 207 onwards on gr floor. Your white house banquet stands, but the problem is with the utensils, liqour bottles, etc, etc lying that are eye sores. Pls put lots of flower pots to improve its view aesthetically and/or reduce the tariff for people to whom money rather than view matters. All in all, a true thumbs up to this hotel and its staff particularly its manager Mr Panda. Regards Ashish Karnani Kolkata
