Housekeeping and reception staffs were perfect in their duties. Special shout - out to Mr. Santosh Barik who was outstanding and went above and beyond to provide excellent guest experience . The breakfast menu is also curated keeping in mind every diet. I can sum up by saying that the hotel provided impeccable service and I would recommend and surely come back . Henceforth whenever I will visit Puri, BNR you will be my permanent stay."

"After check-in, the property manager informed me that there was no parking available. I pointed out the parking details listed on MakeMyTrip, and only then did they agree to provide parking. Later, they mentioned there was no accommodation for drivers on-site, so we had to arrange separate lodging for the driver at another property. It was an awful experience. The room price was too high, yet the services were not as advertised."

The hotel's condition is appalling, with most areas under construction and appearing abandoned for a long time. The reception looks decent, but the reality hits when you head to your room. The corridors are dimly lit, with many abandoned and locked rooms. Our experience was truly horrific. Please read the reviews carefully before making a booking decision."

"Visited this place with my family. The Property is on VIP road, around 1.5 KMs from Shri Jagannath Temple and 0.5 KM from the beach. Battery rickshs are easy available from the hotel to Shri Jagannath temple. As soon as you enter the lobby, you will see Lord Jagannath Status. Staff is very friendly and helping. We have taken two rooms (102 and 103). The washroom of 102 might have some problem related to ventilation as bad smell was there otherwise rooms were neat and clean. They have also provided good toiletries and clean towels in both the rooms. There was a good spread of breakfast, including north and south Indian food. They also have a restaurant called "Swaad", we had dinner over there. Food was good. They also have pool, but we have not used it."
