Rooms are basic and should have better fits and finishes in comparison to the charges.
Toilet cistern had cracks.
Nearby building is under construction and
construction sounds become unbearable late in the evening.
Swimming pool is small but well maintained.

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the hotel’s welcoming ambiance and attentive staff. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, setting the tone for a relaxed stay.
The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and well-appointed with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the décor gave the room a cozy yet modern feel. The attention to detail, such as the quality of toiletries and the cleanliness of the space, made a big difference.
One of the highlights was the dining experience. The on-site restaurant offered a great selection of dishes, both local and international. The food was delicious, and the service was exceptional. The staff was always polite, professional, and eager to assist with any request.
The location of the hotel in Chanakyapuri is ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions, markets, and transport options, making it convenient for both leisure and business travelers.
I also appreciated the hotel’s facilities, including the well-maintained fitness center and the serene atmosphere, which allowed for a peaceful retreat after a busy day.
Overall, my stay at BNR Chanakyapuri was nothing short of excellent. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located hotel with great service. I will definitely be returning for my next visit!

The staff are too polite and helpfull.
Resturant meals are average at that price.
Rooms are too clean and the best thing I like is the beds

GGuest Userthe check in process was smooth... the room was kept ready for us... the room was cosy and tidy... because it's an old property there are certain repairs that needs to be done... but the rooms do have a vintage charm... our balcony had views of the pool and sea from far... room service was prompt and food tasted good... swimming pool is well maintained and supervised constantly... there is a gate which opens directly into the beach and new marine drive road... so access to beach is easy... breakfast was a good spread and variety of options was available... overall a pleasant experience.
the only suggestion that I want to give is apart from maintainance, they can also work towards sustainable approach...the first step can be by removing plastic packaged drinking water bottles and replacing them with glass bottles and refilling them whenever required.

GGuest UserWalkable distance from sea beach but while going to Jagannath tamale, it’s recommended to avail rickshaw. In terms of in house restaurant of Pp Palace is not upto the mark...need an immediate attention of the management.
