"The second day of my extended stay was a nightmare. It was a cloudy, rainy day. After renewing my stay at the front desk and returning to my room, I found the drinking glasses placed upside down in the sink (I tolerated that). But then I discovered they had thrown away my toothbrush (that really made me angry!). Their solution was to waive the breakfast fee, and I explicitly told them I didn't need anything else, including a new toothbrush. What made me even angrier was that the 'Do Not Disturb' light in this hotel is completely useless. While I was sleeping at noon, the doorbell rang – they were delivering a toothbrush, waking me up. So I decided to just get up and eat. I scanned the QR code to order room service, but the earliest I could get lunch delivered was 6 PM, with an additional 10 RMB delivery fee. When I ordered takeout, the robot delivery service wasn't available either, so I had to go downstairs to pick it up myself. The worst part came in the afternoon: I had clearly pressed 'Do Not Disturb' before leaving, and I even spoke with staff at the front desk, so they knew I was out. Yet, they still entered my room to deliver something I didn't need. While their intentions might have been good, please respect guests' privacy. I don't want you entering my room without permission, especially since I had valuables and personal items not put away, and I had the 'Do Not Disturb' sign on! The next day, the soup bases for breakfast weren't even hot. The mini-bar wasn't restocked in time either. This Crowne Plaza is the worst Crowne Plaza I have ever stayed at."

The bedding and mattress are comfortable, and I found no hidden dirty spots. The vanity area is very well-designed, with a large countertop that also serves as a divider. Both the shower and toilet areas are also quite roomy. The overhead rain shower provides a consistent temperature and good water pressure. Breakfast was incredibly rich, especially the rice noodle bar with its wide variety of toppings, and the fish was delicious. The only downside was the lack of fresh lettuce (for Western-style cold dishes). The restaurant environment is elegant and spacious, the garden is beautifully designed, and there are plenty of recreational facilities.
