Location - next to Wanda Plaza Shopping malls. There is a bus stop in front of the building. Night market street food, a lot of food behind the building. Cleanliness - must request to clean up & no issues. Safety - unfortunately our unit on the 10th floor was clutter with thrown away old furniture at the lobby, there was even used paint & thinner (flammable) in the corridor as well as piles of rubbish at both side of our entrance making it a potential fire hazard. The Escape route ‘Exit’ staircase were blocked by these clutters. Look at photos taken. Hopefully MCST would look into this.

The All Seasons 5.0 exceeded my expectations. The washbasin, shower, and toilet are separated by an innovative partition, rather than the traditional 2+1 design. The hair dryer works great. The open hangers are elegant and simple. The only downside is the small overall space. Hello Huazhu! Huazhu Group's smart call feature really impressed me. The hotel management was very welcoming. The breakfast was excellent and the service was excellent. The new All Seasons, which opened in 2025, is truly excellent. The sanitary facilities and service are impeccable, and they even gave me a gift upon leaving.
