The hotel facilities are relatively old, and most of the guests are family members or related personnel of the US military, all of whom speak fluent American English. The breakfast is not the kind of self-selection in star hotels, but a small amount of self-selection with ordering. There is no freshly ground coffee machine, and the pot feels like instant brew, so just drink it. The waiters are relatively old, and there are four old men taking turns at the front desk, which is not easy.
