Absolutely objective review: 1. Arrived at Qingdao Station in the morning, checked in around noon to 1 pm. The receptionist was very friendly. 2. When booking, the room looked decent and had a window. Decided to book. Upon opening the room on the second floor: the room was small, the environment was okay. I won't say anything more. Let's open the window for ventilation. (The window is shown in the picture; a window squeezed into a completely airtight space, no light, no ventilation, what's the point?) I was a little disappointed, but I tolerated it. While sitting on the shoe-changing stool to calm down, I heard a dripping sound from the bedside, like a leak. It wasn't continuous, so I went to the front desk. The receptionist explained the situation to one of their supervisors. What happened next was hilarious. Because the same floor was being cleaned, this supervisor heard my earlier complaints. Her first reaction was that it wasn't a leak, but an excuse we were making because we didn't have a window. She offered to upgrade our room, but we said no. So we were moved to a slightly larger room next door. The receptionist thought I'd been upgraded and gave us a room key, but the manager said it wasn't necessary and suggested the room next door. They then took back the key they'd initially given us. We waited about 20 minutes while they cleaned. 3. In the evening, my friend was singing karaoke via projector, and I felt the volume was a bit loud, so I told my friend it didn't feel very soundproof. We turned the volume down later. While I was sleeping, I heard a woman carrying a baby and then leading a slightly older child back. The woman kept knocking on the door, and the baby in her arms kept crying. The older child was running around. Luckily, the receptionist came quickly and said, "Stop knocking, everyone's asleep." The soundproofing was so-so. Summary: 1. Cleanliness and environment are worth the price. 2. No windows; the wording doesn't justify the price. 3. Making wild guesses about customer psychology; bad review.
