"I never expected a random hotel stay to become the most touching chapter of my journey. From the receptionist's smile when remembering my name, to the handwritten welcome note in endearing Chinese; from the hallway lights kept on for my late return, to the ginger tea secretly delivered when I caught a cold... Every detail moved this foreigner to tears.
Special thanks to the housekeeping auntie who arranged my passport neatly every day and crafted towel animals with such care. This transcends service - it's heart-to-heart connection beyond language. I'll forever remember this harbor of Eastern warmth."

It was a very pleasant experience staying in this hotel. My room was spotless clean n I would like to give credit to the cleaning guy who did it efficiently everyday right after we left the room!
Service was great too!Breakfast variety could’ve better if it could consider guests staying in for more than 3 days.
One more thing I wanna mention was the incident happened in the last day. We had took/given the wrong luggage while we left the hotel. The worst part of all was the moment we realised was the time we arrived the airport. We called the hotel n finally the luggage was sent to Hk while the mistaken luggage was taken by hotel lately. We need to pay ¥350 to the hotel to settle this unexpected incident. Anyhow my sister received her luggage coupled with a free pillow offered by the hotel safe n sound finally.

Slightly away from the main attraction
But the public transportation is just 200m away from the hotel!
