"Booked a two-bedroom ocean view suite for my family. Waking up to the sea view every day was fantastic. It's a two-bedroom, one-living room suite with three bathrooms, meaning each bedroom has its own private bathroom for ultimate privacy. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the subway station and MixC shopping mall, making shopping, dining, and exploring incredibly convenient. In the evenings, ordering late-night snacks was a breeze, with a delivery robot bringing them right to our room. The hotel is situated in the heart of Shinan District, surrounded by numerous attractions like Badaguan, the coastline, Olympic Sailing Center, Yanner Island, Signal Hill, the Church, and the Naval Museum. Getting around to these spots is super easy by taxi or a hired car. The hotel breakfast is a buffet with a great selection of both Western and Chinese options. Finally, a big shout-out to the hotel butler, who was incredibly responsive and provided excellent service."

We were picked up from the airport by a shuttle bus to the hotel, and the next day they dropped us off at the subway station. They even extended our check-out until 3 PM and then took us back to the airport. The front desk staff and drivers were all very enthusiastic and had great attitudes. The hotel is comfortable and clean, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of food. We really love Atour Hotels."

I'd highly recommend this place if you're attending a concert, as it's very close, and there are plenty of local snacks and seafood options nearby!"

"First, the pros: the location is excellent, right near the Yan'an 3rd Road Metro Station on Line 3, making it convenient to get anywhere. Across the street is Jidi Plaza, where you can eat at Shuangheyuan, and about a ten-minute walk away, you'll find Zhongpin Laofangzi Guotie. The hygiene is very good; even the sofa cushions were plastic-wrapped. The facilities are comprehensive; the public area has a washing machine, dryer, and even an induction cooker, which is very convenient for washing and drying clothes after a trip to the beach. The downsides are that the decor is a bit old-fashioned, and the hairdryer is not good – I recommend replacing it, as the airflow is weak and the temperature is high."

"Traveling with my child during the summer vacation, I deliberated for a long time between the St. Regis, MGM, and Haitang Hotel, and ultimately chose Haitang. It turns out I made the right choice. The hotel is very new, and apart from the slightly small rooms, I was quite satisfied with everything else, and it was very clean. The location is also excellent; the side sea view room initially felt a bit misleading, but every afternoon while lounging on the sofa, I had a full panoramic sea view. I'm not sure if it's due to the season or the hotel's overall good climate control, but the humidity felt just right, so comfortable that I didn't want to leave. The service was even more outstanding, from check-in to final departure, the entire experience was great, and they were very accommodating. The most important thing to highlight is that their breakfast was truly delicious; you could tell a lot of effort went into it, and the restaurant on the third floor was also very tasty. Plus, they offered complimentary afternoon tea and a sightseeing tour of 'Sea and Sky' (海上云天), so the value for money was actually quite good."

"Facilities: Absolutely five-star hotel facilities, and the hardware is well-maintained. The front desk gave me a connecting room, which was very convenient for taking care of my elderly parents. Much appreciated. The swimming pool is definitely a highlight, with both hot and cold plunge pools in the changing rooms. Cleanliness: The housekeeping staff cleaned daily and replenished drinking water promptly. Environment: The lobby environment is excellent, elegant and grand, and prices are reasonable. Location: Situated on Hong Kong Middle Road, Qingdao's most bustling CBD. It's within walking distance to May Fourth Square, and a small door from the lobby leads directly to MixC Mall. Extremely convenient. Breakfast: A wide variety of options; my favorite was the smoked salmon. However, it gets quite crowded during peak hours, and the seating arrangements are a bit too cramped. Not enough space. Overall, my three-day stay was a great experience. It's the most cost-effective five-star hotel on Hong Kong Middle Road."

"Highly recommend this hotel! Doris at the front desk provided exceptional and thoughtful service, which was the highlight of our stay. We even got to enjoy MGM's bubble tea in Qingdao! The breakfast area was lovely, and the hotel's location is super convenient, right next to Jinshi Plaza and close to Shilaoren Beach. We received two cute little LEO lion plushies, which our kids adored. A minor regret is that only the 'naked' version of the lion was available. 🦁"

The facilities are very well-maintained, all the toiletries are provided, and the internet speed is stable. A delightful surprise was being able to enjoy the sea view right from the room's balcony without even leaving! All the facilities are new and in perfect condition, with no signs of age or damage, making for a truly peaceful and comfortable stay. I highly recommend it to families!"

"The air conditioner was constantly dripping and parts of it even fell off. The facilities are very old, and the hygiene conditions are terrible. There were hairs on the bathroom linens, and the shower ceiling was discolored and patchy. The bed was uncomfortable and didn't match the hotel's price point. If it were priced around 400-500, it might be acceptable, but for the actual price, it's definitely not worth it. The hotel service was good, but the hygiene and facilities are a major concern."

"Qingdao Landsea Hotel Laoshan Branch was an amazing experience! The location is superb, right next to the subway station and the Lida commercial area. It's also within walking distance to Shilaoren Beach and the Exhibition Center. The rooms are spacious and bright, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom, and the zero-gravity mattress was incredibly comfortable. The service was attentive and thoughtful, and the breakfast was abundant with plenty of local specialties. It's perfect for both business and leisure, highly recommended!"
Tsingtao Time Resort Hotel
"The room amenities were great, and laundry was convenient. The only downside was that the dryers were often in use, but luckily, the room had a dehumidifier. Hanging clothes in the bathroom with the dehumidifier running overnight worked wonders. My kids got several outfits dirty each day playing in the sand, and I was able to wash them all promptly. Breakfast was more Western-style and healthy. The adjacent music restaurant was fantastic; we ate dinner there four nights in a row, and both the Western and Chinese dishes were excellent. The children's toiletries and slippers were good quality, and the room came with pour-over coffee equipment and beans, plus a bed rail for the little one. You could really tell they paid attention to the details. The only slight drawback was the loud music program on Saturday night, with the speakers pointed directly at our room – it was too noisy. If you're staying over a weekend, definitely ask for an odd-numbered room to avoid the noise."

Overall, it was really great; the room facilities were complete, and the dining options were quite diverse. The staff were polite, friendly, and responsive. The space was tidy and clean, the facilities were new and well-maintained, and the environment was quiet and comfortable. The overall quality was excellent. I'll definitely choose this place again next time."
