All the hotel staff were very polite. Our room card might have demagnetized, and we couldn't get in, so a staff member specifically came to help us resolve the issue and even apologized. The only thing is, I hope they can improve the soundproofing; we could hear doors closing from across the hall. I'll still choose Orange Hotel when I travel to other cities."

"Had a fantastic trip! After a long search, even though it's a bit far from the stadium, I still chose the MGM Grand Residences. Overall, the stay was excellent. Our butler, Kelly, proactively asked about our needs and, knowing we had an early flight, even reserved our room for us before we arrived. We were able to check in immediately upon arrival, which was very thoughtful service. The room perfectly blends oriental elegance with modern comfort, totally hitting the mark for us. The hardware facilities are high-end and comprehensive, and the smart home system is easy to operate, making for a convenient and comfortable stay. The only drawback is that food deliveries need to be picked up downstairs, which is a real pain for those who love ordering in. It would be great if this could be improved. The concierge staff were gentle and polite, always offering to help with luggage and open car doors. The hotel staff were also very responsive whenever we had a request. I highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Qingdao."

The only downsides: my husband said the TV kept freezing, the internet signal was poor, the buffet experience was just okay, and the hot spring facilities were a bit old. Big thanks to Ben for his prompt response, and to the front desk lady, Wanwan, for upgrading my room during check-in."
