"Very good hotel, clean, and the front desk staff are very friendly. Nice, I recommend staying here again."
Seaside Adulina Scenic Apartment (Qingdao May Fourth Square) ★★
"The location is excellent, very convenient for getting around. They offer a good variety of rooms, all clean and tidy. The owner is really nice. We stayed here for our entire trip to Qingdao, trying different rooms and enjoying the changes of scenery. What's more, the owner and the auntie even helped us move our luggage between rooms, which made everything so easy and pleasant."
Haiyi International Apartment ★★★★
"The room was very spacious, and the views from the high floor were great. You can walk directly to the beach, and the service was quite good. They even deliver takeout to your room, and anything we needed for the room was brought up very quickly."
Lvfeng Yage Holiday Apartment (Qingdao Convention and Exhibition Center) ★★★
"The views are amazing, you can see the ocean right from your bed. It's really close to Shilaoren Beach and there are tons of great food options nearby. Excellent value for money!"
Ruixuan Apartment (Qingdao Taidong Pedestrian Street Beer Street Branch) ★★★
"Great location, very convenient for going out, shopping, and eating. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and the room was clean with no strange odors. I had a very comfortable stay and an excellent overall experience. Highly recommend!"
Atour Hotel Qingdao Jiaodong International Airport ★★★★
"The environment at Atour Hotel Jiaodong International Airport is excellent. We were picked up from the airport by a shuttle bus to the hotel, and the next day they dropped us off at the subway station. They even extended our check-out until 3 PM and then took us back to the airport. The front desk staff and drivers were all very enthusiastic and had great attitudes. The hotel is comfortable and clean, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of food. We really love Atour Hotels."

"The room was nice and very clean."
Qingdao Litian Hotel(May Fourth Square)
"Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay here. The hotel's location is excellent; it's very close to May Fourth Square and the beach, and the subway entrance is just a 2-minute walk away, making getting around incredibly convenient. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices and tasted great. The service was particularly noteworthy: the room was cleaned promptly every day, and all bath towels were sealed, which made me feel very secure. I especially want to commend the hotel's quick response time. One night at 11 PM, the drain in my room was clogged, but after reporting it, staff arrived and fixed it in just 10 minutes – incredibly efficient! Additionally, for early risers, the hotel offers a pre-booked simple breakfast to go, which is a very thoughtful touch. During peak season, there were a lot of guests, so breakfast was a bit crowded, and refilling dishes was a little slow."
Huiquan Dynasty Hotel
"The atmosphere was great, and it's super close to the beach, which was very convenient for traveling with kids. Breakfast was at the revolving restaurant. A special shout-out to the lady at the front desk, employee ID 3051 – her service attitude was excellent, and she proactively upgraded our room."
WorldWave Hotel (Qingdao Laoshan Scenic Area Yankou Beach Store)
"Room was clean and good. 👌"
Qingdao Haitian Hotel
"Traveling with my child during the summer vacation, I deliberated for a long time between the St. Regis, MGM, and Haitang Hotel, and ultimately chose Haitang. It turns out I made the right choice. The hotel is very new, and apart from the slightly small rooms, I was quite satisfied with everything else, and it was very clean. The location is also excellent; the side sea view room initially felt a bit misleading, but every afternoon while lounging on the sofa, I had a full panoramic sea view. I'm not sure if it's due to the season or the hotel's overall good climate control, but the humidity felt just right, so comfortable that I didn't want to leave. The service was even more outstanding, from check-in to final departure, the entire experience was great, and they were very accommodating. The most important thing to highlight is that their breakfast was truly delicious; you could tell a lot of effort went into it, and the restaurant on the third floor was also very tasty. Plus, they offered complimentary afternoon tea and a sightseeing tour of 'Sea and Sky' (海上云天), so the value for money was actually quite good."
Le Méridien Qingdao
"Rose at the front desk was professional and incredibly kind. She patiently answered all our questions and made the check-in process smooth. Her service truly deserves praise! The hotel facilities are also great; the pool is open quite late, so we could still go for a swim after a long day out."
Shangri-La Hotel, Qingdao
"Facilities: Absolutely five-star hotel facilities, and the hardware is well-maintained. The front desk gave me a connecting room, which was very convenient for taking care of my elderly parents. Much appreciated. The swimming pool is definitely a highlight, with both hot and cold plunge pools in the changing rooms. Cleanliness: The housekeeping staff cleaned daily and replenished drinking water promptly. Environment: The lobby environment is excellent, elegant and grand, and prices are reasonable. Location: Situated on Hong Kong Middle Road, Qingdao's most bustling CBD. It's within walking distance to May Fourth Square, and a small door from the lobby leads directly to MixC Mall. Extremely convenient. Breakfast: A wide variety of options; my favorite was the smoked salmon. However, it gets quite crowded during peak hours, and the seating arrangements are a bit too cramped. Not enough space. Overall, my three-day stay was a great experience. It's the most cost-effective five-star hotel on Hong Kong Middle Road."
MGM Qingdao
"Mid-way through our coastal road trip, we stayed at the MGM Qingdao, and frankly, everything from the amenities to the service was impeccable. The concierge proactively guided us to the underground parking, helped with our luggage, and even gave us tips on parking. Check-in at the front desk was a breeze. When we realized we were missing something, we contacted Elly from Guest Relations, who immediately arranged for it to be delivered and kindly asked if we needed anything else. The hotel environment is quiet and elegant, the guest rooms have a great wet/dry separation in the bathroom, and the bedding is wonderfully soft and skin-friendly, making for an excellent night's sleep. The concierge, front desk, and Elly were all on point with their service throughout our stay, quick to respond to requests, and genuinely polite and friendly. There was none of that typical 'five-star hotel distance,' which made our trip incredibly comfortable. Highly recommend for road-trippers!"
Bushe Villa (Qingdao May Fourth Square MixC Mall)
"The room was spacious and very clean. There's even a lovely big dog at the front desk to play with! The surroundings are great, and it's just a two-minute walk to the beach. The location in the city center is also perfect. A really good travel experience overall!"
Holiday Inn QINGDAO CITY CENTRE by IHG
"The air conditioner was constantly dripping and parts of it even fell off. The facilities are very old, and the hygiene conditions are terrible. There were hairs on the bathroom linens, and the shower ceiling was discolored and patchy. The bed was uncomfortable and didn't match the hotel's price point. If it were priced around 400-500, it might be acceptable, but for the actual price, it's definitely not worth it. The hotel service was good, but the hygiene and facilities are a major concern."
Grand Regency Hotel
"The hotel room wasn't huge, but it had all the amenities we needed. The service, from the front desk to room service, was meticulous, and my wife and I had an excellent experience! Parking at the hotel was very convenient, and the location was superb, making it easy to get around. The breakfast was delicious!"
Qingdao Kaishan Yishu Homestay (Laoshan)
"The room was very clean, the service was excellent, the owner even picked me up and helped me with my luggage, and saw me off when I left. The air conditioning was also very comfortable. I will definitely come again next time."
Blue Horizon Hotel (Qingdao Shilaoren International Convention and Exhibition Center)
"The hotel's location right next to Beer City is fantastic, and it's super convenient to get to the beach. We received complimentary welcome fruit in our room, and free parking was available right in front of the hotel. They even allowed us a late check-out. The room was spotlessly clean. The only downside is that the hotel is quite old and hasn't been renovated, so the facilities are a bit dated."
Tsingtao Time Resort Hotel
"The room amenities were great, and laundry was convenient. The only downside was that the dryers were often in use, but luckily, the room had a dehumidifier. Hanging clothes in the bathroom with the dehumidifier running overnight worked wonders. My kids got several outfits dirty each day playing in the sand, and I was able to wash them all promptly. Breakfast was more Western-style and healthy. The adjacent music restaurant was fantastic; we ate dinner there four nights in a row, and both the Western and Chinese dishes were excellent. The children's toiletries and slippers were good quality, and the room came with pour-over coffee equipment and beans, plus a bed rail for the little one. You could really tell they paid attention to the details. The only slight drawback was the loud music program on Saturday night, with the speakers pointed directly at our room – it was too noisy. If you're staying over a weekend, definitely ask for an odd-numbered room to avoid the noise."
Qingdao Licang Jiahua Hotel
"The Qingdao Licang Jiahua Hotel is super close to the Qingdao International Horticultural Exposition, just a 6-minute drive away! The room facilities are good, and the blackout curtains are excellent, so you can still get a good night's sleep even after a late night out. The room was well-cleaned, and the service was proactive, offering recommendations for nearby attractions."
Himalayas Qingdao Hotel
"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was clean and quite spacious. The breakfast menu was excellent."
