From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome and efficient check-in process. The staff were friendly, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the extra touches. The hotel's facilities, including [the gym, pool, restaurant], were excellent, and I appreciated the attention to detail and commitment to quality. What truly made my stay stand out, however, was the exceptional service from the staff. They were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Staying here for a night with a deluxe room at 20th.floor where there's a slight corner sea view. love it!. The only downside is the wooden floor is a bit dusty. food served for the celebrity buffet and morning breakfast are delicious and lots of varieties. Overall is a pleasant stay at MGM Qingdao. will definitely be my priority choice for next visit to Qingdao.

All good except the staff is unwilling to assist in booking taxi, as the app requires Wechat pay, but we don't have. We ask the staff to help in booking, the staff insisted that they cannot have monetary involvement with guest. While I recognize the importance of following the rules, however it must see what kind of thing to follow. I don't think assist guest in taxi booking is a big big problem.

I chose the old Seaview Garden Hotel in Qingdao for a temporary business trip. The service is good. There is a receptionist who will send it to the room to introduce the facilities and services. The housekeeper will contact me at any time to provide help. There are free fruits and drinks in the room. The guest supplies are also very comfortable. I have stayed in many local hotels in Qingdao. Seaview is first-class in this aspect and is willing to give guests more enjoyment. Before leaving the hotel, I found that the car was also wiped by them. This is a very pleasant service. Some suggestions are given to them. The welcome tea is too formal. It is just ordinary black tea. It is not good to drink and is not warm. It is more suitable for this season to use a paper cup to have a ginger tea or grapefruit tea. The front desk can deliver it without wasting manpower; in addition, the sound insulation of the room is average. You can choose a sound insulation strip to block it. There are many styles online. . Overall, the flaws do not cover the merits and it deserves full marks. The key is that Seaview sincerely wants to give more to customers. I will choose it again in the future.

The manager personally took me to the room to see the location of the house, analyzed the pros and cons, and responded to every request. There was no anti-slip mat in the room. I made a request and it was delivered immediately. Free water and fruit are all available. The beer 🍻 tasting in the lobby is even more special. The front desk receptionist took the initiative to call to ask if I was satisfied with my stay 👍. The service attitude and service awareness should be praised 👍. If I have to say something about improvement, it is that the breakfast variety can be further improved. The location is good, which is in the laoshan district, half an hour driving from qingdao north railway station. Took the whole family to the polar ocean park. By the way, the ocean park is a must visit. We can see both the polar bear and the penguins, as well as the dolphin/ whale/ seal performance. Cleaning service is satisfactory. Thanks to “张冬梅” who provided high standard service and gave us extra drinks. We request kids slippers on the first night and then the second day we found out both kids slippers and tooth brush are in the room. Very proactive

Nice hotel in a good location as we were there to attend an event near the stadium, and there is also a shopping mall nearby. Room is nice as well, overall service was great!

來青島玩，這次最滿意的就是住宿了，看網絡評論，果斷訂了玥美。酒店的早餐也很好吃，早上吃完早飯就可以開始的旅行啦，不用餓着肚子出門找吃的。 衞生：酒店比較注重衞生，沒有任何缺點，很乾凈，睡得很安心，衞生間比家裡的還乾淨。 環境：距離地鐵站超近，走路5分鐘。樓也很高，側面能看到海。 設施：問了前台小姐姐酒店是今年五月份才開業的，所有東西都是新的。臨時健身房配套設施也很全。 服務：賓客服務齊經理服務也非常好，笑起來超級甜。青島很好，下次再來。
