xdy59678A hotel truly dedicated to its theme! The in-room minibar offers Laixi Coke and Baihua Snake Grass Water. The lobby provides complimentary craft beer from 9:00 to 22:30, with different flavors rotating daily, plus free ice cream. The lobby boasts a beautiful German style with wheat and malt decorations and beer barrel seating, which is quite distinctive. The warm yellow lighting is very soothing, and the breakfast buffet is abundant. Overall service is excellent! The only thing that negatively impacted my impression of the hotel was the breakfast restaurant staff. Several female servers gathered together to clean tables, and their chatter was louder than the guests' dining sounds – this happened for two consecutive days. One server even dragged a butter knife back and forth across a table. Seeing her do that instantly put me off my breakfast. I hope they can improve the overall quality of their staff. Other than that, it's still highly recommended!

Ningmengxiaojiejie726This is by far the best hotel in Jimo. It's incredibly convenient whether you're heading out of town for a meal or exploring the ancient city. The service is exceptional, and they even offer traditional handicraft activities. The hotel's decor is super instagrammable – perfect for ancient-style photos without looking out of place. The breakfast is high-quality with a rich variety, plus they have special local delicacies. Overall, it's a perfect score!

Guest UserI had a great experience staying at this hotel for my business trip. The room was clean and tidy, with simple yet elegant furnishings. The soundproofing was excellent, so I wasn't disturbed by outside noise. Xiaoxiao and Annie at the front desk were very efficient with check-in and check-out, and quick to respond to any requests. The surrounding area has convenient transportation and plenty of restaurants, making it easy to get around and find food. The prices are reasonable, making it a perfect choice for business travelers.

zrbearThe location is fantastic with unbeatable sea views, perfect for families with kids. Being right next to Shilaoren Beach is incredibly convenient. The indoor pool is a bit small, not ideal for a proper swim. It might have been due to the summer holiday crowds, but overall service felt a bit lacking. Breakfast involved long queues, the taste was average, and replenishment was slow, as was the service response. Despite the breakfast issues, I'd still recommend it overall!

Guest UserThe room faced the sea with a fantastic view, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a good night's sleep. 👍
I was traveling with my mother and child, and the hotel upgraded our room type, which was very much appreciated!
The hotel's dinner buffet offered great value for money! The seafood was fresh and there was a wide variety, so much so that we ate dinner at the hotel's buffet for 3 consecutive nights. It was so convenient not having to stress about finding a restaurant.
The hotel's backyard connects to a seaside promenade, perfect for walking or cycling. Along the way, we saw many people fishing, catching huge mantis shrimp and blue crabs. It was wonderful to enjoy fresh seafood right by the ocean!

The front desk staff were enthusiastic and attentive, and check-in was quick and efficient. The room was spacious and bright, tastefully decorated, and impeccably clean. The bedding was especially comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The hotel's location is also very convenient, with plenty of amenities nearby. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and tasted good. This will definitely be my first choice next time I visit this city!

WangdapiaoliangzhiyuanyuanThe room was great, with brand new facilities. The staff were very polite and checked me in quickly, which I really appreciated. I particularly loved the amazing air quality around the hotel, full of negative ions, and I could smell the fresh scent of trees. It truly felt like a retreat from the city's hustle and bustle. Just over 100 meters to the east is Baiguoshan Forest Park, and about 80 meters away is Qingyayuan, a fantastic place for wood-fired chicken soup.

Guest UserJust checked out of the Crowne Plaza Qingdao Ocean Spring Resort, and this 3-day, 2-night 'lie-flat' vacation was truly therapeutic. We didn't have to rush to any attractions, making it perfect for families with kids or those looking for a quiet escape.
The hotel has a European castle style, and the high-ceilinged lobby with a crystal chandelier immediately sets a holiday mood upon entry. We were lucky enough to get a complimentary upgrade to a sea-view room. The room itself was generously sized, but the real highlight was the large balcony. Stepping out, you're greeted by an unobstructed view of Aoshan Bay. We enjoyed watching the sunrise from bed in the morning and the sunset over the sea in the evening – simply an amazing view. While some areas of the facilities showed a bit of age, the overall cleanliness and tidiness were quite good.
Downstairs, there's a beach where you can wade in the water or dig in the sand – the kids absolutely loved it. There's also an outdoor children's swimming pool, and hotel guests have unlimited access. Next to it, there's a small petting zoo, where feeding the animals easily fills up a whole day.

1. **Facilities**: The hotel facilities are a bit old, which is understandable given the hotel is over ten years old.
2. **Service**: Now, let's talk about the service. With older facilities, the service should be even more attentive. But as an old five-star hotel, the Hilton Golden Beach can be said to have no proactive service awareness at all. First, when I arrived by car on the first night, I couldn't find a parking space above ground. I asked the concierge where the underground parking was, and the staff told me the underground parking was full. I had to park on the side of the road, but then he told me I couldn't park there because a bus would come at 7 AM and block its passage. So I had to get up at 6:30 AM the next day to move my car. On the second day, I barely found an above-ground parking space. On the third day, there were no available above-ground spaces again, so I had to ask about the underground parking. The staff again said it was full. I questioned this, asking if it was full every single day for three days. The staff said they needed to manually lift the gate for the underground parking. It was only when I insisted on parking there that the staff took me to the underground parking. Although the underground parking was indeed not large, at least one-third of the spaces were empty. So, I believe the staff simply didn't want guests to park there because they found it troublesome. Additionally, when taking my child to the outdoor pool, two staff members checked room cards when entering the pool, but there was no place to get towels. Since the staff didn't put a child's bathrobe in my room, my child was cold after swimming. I had to go to the front desk to ask for towels, and then the staff had to go find them and bring them to me. Can't the hotel management improve their proactive service awareness? I don't believe I'm the first person to need a towel at that moment. They can have two people checking room cards, but they can't have two people providing towels for guests?
3. **Breakfast**: The hotel's breakfast can be said to have no Qingdao specialties at all. The variety is limited. The breakfast noodle soup has two broth options, seafood and chicken. For a coastal city, you'd at least expect some shrimp in the seafood noodle soup. The chicken soup didn't even have shredded chicken. It was just noodles, broth, and a few vegetable leaves – this is a five-star bowl of noodle soup. I stayed for four nights, and the fruit selection was the same every day: cantaloupe, pear, apple, peach, dragon fruit. In short, it was about the same quality as a cafeteria.
4. **Hygiene**: Needs improvement. The carpets in public areas were dirty and greasy. The baby chairs in the restaurant were also not clean. At breakfast, while I was waiting for the restaurant staff to clean the table, the placemat wasn't very dirty, so they just flipped it over and told me to continue using it. Well, okay.
5. My stay coincided with the summer vacation and the Beer Festival, and the hotel clearly had limited capacity.
6. Thanks to the staff who took me to the underground parking on the third day.

ChenmoguayanhongdusheThis hotel is located in Huangdao District, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, making it perfect for guests who prefer a quieter environment without large crowds. The indoor pool is spacious and well-lit, with depths ranging from 0.8 to 1.3 meters, which is great for families and those learning to swim. The beach is a mere 3-minute walk away. It's a public beach, not a private one, so swimming isn't recommended. However, it's fantastic for clam digging, playing in the sand, and wading in the water in the mornings and evenings. It offers a more private beach experience compared to the crowded public swimming beaches, making it an ideal compromise. There are also water sports facilities operated by third parties on the beach, offering additional options.
The hotel features a resident band performance in the evenings, which can be enjoyed directly from the outdoor terrace dining area. I recommend booking a room with a terrace so you can dine and drink while listening to the music. Alternatively, a sea-view room with a balcony also offers a good view. The hotel also has an outdoor mini zoo with cute animals like miniature horses, which is a fun attraction for both adults and children.
The breakfast is decent, meeting the standard for a five-star hotel. This room type offers excellent value for money, so remember to book in advance during peak season.
By the way, a little heads-up: Qingdao is under a fishing ban throughout July and August, so there's no such thing as ”freshly caught seafood” during this time. Most seafood is frozen or imported from other regions. Friends, be wary of false advertising from some seafood stalls.
