After breakfast the next day, because I felt that the glass bottles in the room were quite unique, I asked the front desk clerk if I could take a glass bottle with me when I checked out. I was told that this glass bottle was not free. After returning to the room, I packed my luggage and went to check out. The front desk clerk said that the deposit could be returned in about half an hour after checking the room. After checking out, I took a taxi to the airport to prepare for my return trip. As soon as I arrived at the airport, the hotel staff called me and told me that there were two glass bottles missing from my room. Each glass bottle cost 150 yuan and would be deducted from the deposit. After consulting with my colleagues who were traveling with me, none of them took away the glass bottles from the hotel. Therefore, I called the hotel staff back to inform them that no one had taken the glass bottle in the room. The hotel staff still insisted that I had taken it and asked me to confirm on the phone that I agreed to deduct the 300 yuan glass bottle fee from the deposit. I was told Explicitly refuse. I clearly told the hotel staff that there were only two glass bottles in the room, but I insisted that there were four in the room. Is this an act of blackmail? Have you called up hotel monitoring? After finding that the communication with the hotel staff was fruitless, I had to tell the hotel group staff about the matter, and the deposit was successfully returned, so I thought about asking the hotel what was going on.
