I was fortunate enough to stay at the sister hotels 'September' and 'Fanhua' on Jinkou 1st Road. It was an unparalleled and perfect 7th trip to Qingdao! I discovered 'Fanhua' after lunch at Hi Live, a habit of mine to check out properties I like. I then changed my continuous stay on Jinkou 2nd Road to a single day, so I could experience 'Fanhua' – a perfect plot twist in my later years! Special thanks to the enthusiastic and dedicated service from the young men at both locations, and the excellent assistance from the housekeeper. Looking forward to returning! P.S. The public spaces at 'Fanhua' are elegant and pristine, like a pure and natural young girl, simply captivating!

The hotel has complete facilities, convenient parking, and clean and tidy rooms, making people feel at home. The stay is very comfortable. The proprietress is very enthusiastic and highly recommended.

I had a flight with an overnight layover in Qingdao, so I opted to stay locally in a hotel. 'Locally' meant riding two stops on the subway, and catching the bus for two stops which altogether cost me less than £1. Probably about $1 US, or €1. However, I had to wait a while for the bus, so it took me about an hour. Upon arrival, the landlord treated me like a king and was exceptionally helpful. I can speak Chinese, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel unless people can speak a little Chinese and can read basic sentences. The hotel is fairly basic but, as I said, the proprietors are extremely accommodating and told me to ask if I needed anything. The landlord showed me where to eat locally (and physically took me there!) and when I left, he showed me where the nearest bus stop is (photo). I couldn't make the hot water work for a shower, but had I asked I'm sure they would have sorted it. I was in a bit of a rush in the morning and I didn't want to make a fuss. The bed was hard (like I Chinese prefer) but I slept well. There was no kettle in the room, but boiling water was provided. The area is out in the country, so if you want to see how ordinary Chinese live, this is a good opportunity. City hotels are quite westernised but this place is authentic Chinese. The most perfect stay: calm environment, everything was clean. Very kind English-speaking owner was present all the time. Complete amenities, near a bus stop and Line 3 metro. Just the wifi could be a bit stronger...

The room was immaculately clean, with daily sweeping and mopping. It had a light fragrance. It's very close to Golden Beach, a 20-minute walk away, and there's a bus stop just a few minutes' walk away for trips to Yinshatan and Yumingzui Village. The neighborhood is quiet and uncrowded. The owner was very welcoming. 👍 The price didn't increase much during the holidays, which was a great bonus. 👍

The front desk was upgraded for free. The triple room was small, but the price was affordable. It was not unacceptable. It only took 20 minutes to walk from Qingdao North Railway Station and 20 minutes to walk from Qingdao North Railway Station's famous car overpass. The overall traffic location is good, the living experience is in line with the price

The room is very clean, intelligent, relatively novel, 24 hours hot water, convenient transportation, the boss service attitude is very good, will visit next time. Facilities: Actually, the rooms aren't too old; they've been renovated, and some of the standard rooms are quite new. The problem is that there are no airtight windows for soundproofing, and if you open them, there's no privacy. At night, I could hear men snoring, and during the day, I could hear men clearing their phlegm! Environment: Very convenient, 600 meters from the subway.
