The staff was generous enough to give me an early check in, they assisted me in every way, even took my wechat to communicate since i do not speak the local language that well. Great hotel to be at, will definitely stay again.

There are so many things to complain about this hotel. If the reservation was not non-refundable, I would not want to stay for a minute longer.
1. After arriving at the hotel, the air conditioner in the room made an abnormal sound. I asked the service staff to check it out and changed my room. However, the air conditioner was not even as good as a fan. It was turned on at the lowest temperature and maximum wind speed all day, and the room temperature remained unchanged at 27 degrees. Now it feels like a fan with no cooling ability under the air conditioner. If the window is not opened, the whole room is like a steamer. I was woken up by the heat several times at night. Fortunately, I was not in the hotel during the day.
2. Check-in was late at 10:30 pm. The girl at the front desk was very nice. She solved the problems and changed the room. However, after changing to the new room, the bathroom smelled like urine. There were six pillows in the room, and five of them were dirty. Either there were hair or unknown stains. I suspected that the hotel staff cleaned the room they were resting in and changed them to me. Because the front desk said that she was the only one on duty in the whole hotel, I was embarrassed to bother her in the middle of the night. When I went out the next day, I told the front desk to let the cleaning staff deal with the room. The pillowcases were all dirty. However, when I came back, they just made the bed, mopped the floor, and changed the supplies, and the pillowcases were still dirty. I slept on my own clothes for two days. I don't expect their service anymore. Later, I found out that the urine smell in the bathroom was because the electric toilet flushed too much water pressure, and it would flush outside every time it flushed.
3. I slept for two days and I was disgusted thinking about that pillow. I didn't know if the bed and quilt had been slept on by anyone. Then there were rove beetles in the room. Was it okay? This is the worst hotel I've stayed in so far this year. It feels like there is no one managing it. I think it's better to stay in a cheaper budget hotel. The price is close to that of the nearby Atour. My whole experience is speechless.
