There is no window sill in the room, it is very small, and the facilities are old and really poor.

The hygiene is so bad. The carpet feels like dust is flying when you walk on it. The oil and drink marks are still there. The decoration of the room feels like it is 20 years old. The service and hardware are not worthy of this price.

這家酒店的地理位置太棒了，距離北站很近，房間寬敞明亮，設施一應俱全，住起來特別舒服。服務一級棒。👍

前台非常漂亮，服務人員非常熱情，有免費咖啡☕，房間衞生乾淨，入住時有人員送到電梯，到樓層有服務人員引領到房間，還幫着拿行李，房間裏還有水果可吃，退房時還送了伴手禮，這真是天花板級別的服務，真是太好了，必須好評

衹有給的沐浴乳洗髮乳護髮素還有身體乳很棒
樓下有免費咖啡跟紅豆粥，好喝哈哈
但設施完全不行，老舊型的
蓮蓬頭不行，熱水不行，還會堵塞，我家人因此換房間，我們住三個晚上，第二天回去時，房卡就鎖，還得重頭開一個卡，很討厭遇到這種

房間很不錯，酒店很安全，電梯需要刷房卡才能運行，在酒店住了兩天，工作人員會把衞生收拾好，每次回酒店都能在桌上看到有一份小零食和水果，服務細緻入微，這次入住非常滿意。
