I thought it was an activity of the hotel, but I didn't expect it to be outsourced. I booked the location of the bonfire party and paid the full amount. The organizer did not inform me of any activity location, so I walked downhill all the way to their regular camp. When I arrived, I found that there was nothing. Several groups of families who walked down together were asking where the bonfire party was. A staff member told us indifferently that it was not here and asked us to walk back and walk a long way to find it ourselves. I asked him if he could send me a navigation, and he told me that the navigation would not work even if I sent it, so I should find it myself. I asked, I have been here so many times, and the sign of the camp has been hanging here for several years. How could I know a second location that even the navigation could not lead to? ? ? I was already furious, and he even asked me not to talk to him with an attitude. I have never seen such a noble business. They organized an event by themselves and didn't even inform me of the most basic event location. We walked so much for nothing and they asked me to beg them to tell me where it was? What's more, they refunded me directly. It's amazing. No wonder such a campsite doesn't even have a rating on Dianping.com. I complained immediately after returning to the hotel, and they said there was nothing they could do because it was outsourced. So service quality can also be your contractor? Don't you consider the negative impact on the hotel? Since the hotel has promoted the event, you have to be responsible! They acted as if it had nothing to do with them. Did they protect any rights of the guests staying in the hotel? I came here for this event and to take a private bath, but what happened? My plan was disrupted! I was very disappointed and I probably won't come again.
