非常非常好！是附近的學生來住的，賓館衞生很乾凈，衞生間也是香香的，像自家房子的感覺！老闆人特別好！！超級熱情哈哈哈哈賓館對面有餐館和便利店蠻方便的

這裏住的超級棒，很便宜，房間很明亮，很乾凈，而且衞生很好，有種住新房子的感覺。
店面比較舊，有種老式民居的感覺，店主是兩位長者，人很體貼。
唯一缺點就是距離地鐵站有點遠，剛好卡在山東大學地鐵站和鰲山衞中間。地圖定位有兩個怡和賓館，注意確定定位，這家店是在一所小學附近的。
總之，超級棒的住房體驗。

大學生過來旅遊的，本以為一般，結果到了之後驚呆了，基礎設施很齊全，老闆娘非常熱心，挨着山東大學地鐵口，離山東大學很近，附近有商場飯店等娛樂場所，乾淨衞生，有家的感覺，巨好！
