In terms of design, the hotel is very beautiful. Everything is nice and clean. The location and view from the window are amazing. But, unfortunately, the hotel is not suitable for staying with children, as stated in the description. I chose the hotel only because it said there was a children's room, toys, and a swimming pool. There is nothing like that. The indicated pool is not in the hotel itself, but in the gym, which is a 10-minute walk away. They did not want to let me in with a child, I had to insist and talk to the manager. There is no sauna either. One of the biggest disadvantages is that only one person from the entire staff speaks English. The hotel manager is a very nice girl who is always ready to help with any questions. But, without her, unfortunately, other employees cannot provide the necessary information. A lot of time is spent on explanations with Google Translate. Overall, I recommend the hotel for single travelers or couples without small children.

Grace, the waitress, was very enthusiastic and had a great attitude! This hotel is simply invincible. The breakfast was very delicious and rich. The price-performance ratio was super high. They also upgraded our room type for free. They called us in the morning before we checked in to ask what time we would arrive and turned on the air conditioner in advance. When we ordered takeout in the evening, the front desk also helped us deliver the takeout to the door of the room. The service was impeccable. I will definitely come to this hotel next time I come to Qingdao. There are some areas that need to be improved. The TV is not very easy to use. There is no function to watch TV programs again, and the screen projection method is not easy to use. Also, the Samsung speakers in the room have poor bass. Overall, this is still a very good hotel.
