The location was perfect for a couple getaway. We chose this hotel because it was away from the busy city. It was right by the sea and also close to the mountain where we could go for a drive. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The only downside was that most of the restaurants in the hotel were closed- probably because we went during off season. Despite that, we would go again! The view from our 8th floor room was spectacular!

Beautiful two-storey room. Everything is clean and tidy. In addition to everything you need, there is a refrigerator, a TV, a sofa with a living room table. Pleasant and helpful staff, quickly helped with problems.

客觀一點講： 環境：沒得説，重新裝修後是面朝大海春暖花開的感受，樓下就是海泉灣遊樂園，穿個泳衣出屋就可以泡澡了，不想去外面泡還可以在屋裡泡，而且挑高非常高，感覺四五米有了，絕對是值得的海景房，這點比皇冠好些。 衞生：新裝修的，臟不到哪去，但離滿分也有點距離，4.5吧。 服務：客房阿姨人都很好，很熱情温暖，我們需要多兩瓶水也立刻給我們拿過來了。前台吧，人太少了，偌大一個四星級酒店，前台衹有一個窗口，又要顧進出閘機，又要顧入住，根本忙不過來，而且時長三四家一起辦入住，等得讓人心焦，辦個入住得做好花20分鐘的準備。 設施：可以説智能化很好了，屋裡的小度可以控制燈光、窗簾、開關電視等等，還可以給孩子唱催眠曲，很適合帶娃。早上拉開窗簾，温暖的陽光加上小度清新的晨曲，洗個澡，特別有度假的感覺。 不足的： 1.屋裡有除濕機，但建議配個小米空氣凈化器。新裝修的味道還是挺重的，想通風吧，屋裡除了通往陽台的門，沒有其他的透氣窗，出於美感，朝海一面的玻璃都不是窗户，陽台門也沒有設定紗窗，久開容易進蚊蟲。帶孩子來的最好帶上驅蚊噴霧。中央空調裏的空氣也不是那麼新鮮。 2.吃個早餐要走一千米。早餐時我很不幸的到了皇冠才發現自己沒帶餐券，又千里迢迢回去取了一趟餐券，吃完一看微信步數已經三千了。雖然和温泉近在咫尺，但每天步數輕輕鬆鬆過一萬，因為客房是個半圓，到哪兒都遠。 3.退房要求在中午12點前，過一個小時要加138塊錢，這是入住説明上寫的，不知是不是真這麼執行的，但確實讓我們玩得不夠盡興，心中總有個警鈴在響。 房間是真的很美，下回在皇冠和這裏之間選擇，我還是會選擇這裏。
