The location is good, which is in the laoshan district, half an hour driving from qingdao north railway station. Took the whole family to the polar ocean park. By the way, the ocean park is a must visit. We can see both the polar bear and the penguins, as well as the dolphin/ whale/ seal performance. Cleaning service is satisfactory. Thanks to “张冬梅” who provided high standard service and gave us extra drinks. We request kids slippers on the first night and then the second day we found out both kids slippers and tooth brush are in the room. Very proactive

Absolutely delighted with my stay, which truly reflected Atour's quality standards. The service was incredibly attentive; they proactively contacted me by phone and even upgraded my room type. Both the cleanliness and overall environment were excellent. The room layout was very functional, full of thoughtful details. The bathroom showerhead gets a special mention, as do the mini-bar, the tissue box by the sink, and the universal adapter. Its proximity to Qingdao North Station is also extremely convenient.

Went for a weekend trip with my partner. We wanted a place that is central to visit the mountain area (with the fishing village etc) and the beach. It’s quite far away if you plan to take transport but by taxi it’s okay. In China location is key since every city is so big. The hotel amenities however are incredible and so is the staff.

Decided to visit Qingdao on a whim, so I booked this established hotel. A big thank you to the warm and attentive front desk staff! They were super helpful and changed my room to a king-size bed last minute after I realized I'd booked the wrong room type. And wow, that king bed was massive! The room itself was also very spacious, and they even provided a selection of pillows. The breakfast selection wasn't huge, but there was certainly enough to eat. The lady making noodles at breakfast was incredibly patient, adjusting portions and blanching various vegetables for guests. The room cleaning staff were also fantastic! During the Beer Festival, the front desk even had a beer tasting counter. The location is a bit further from the city center, but I chose this area specifically for surfing. It's about a 10-minute drive from Shilaoren Beach and about 30 minutes by car to Mount Laoshan. Cons: Parking is quite limited, and there are no EV charging stations.

酒店免費升了房型，環境很好很乾凈！前台小姐姐也很熱情！住了四晚體驗感真的特別特別好，衞生間也是乾濕分離的，房間內空間也很大，餐廳的早飯也很不錯，安利一下豆漿，味很濃，特別好喝！！離北站很近，一站地鐵出來左轉走兩步就看到了，很方便，下次來青島還住！！（忘記拍酒店好看的環境圖了，放一下我第一天的早飯和去海邊抓的小螃蟹吧！謝謝小桶～哈哈😄）

Upon arriving in Qingdao, I was immediately enchanted by the city's romantic allure. Amidst numerous choices, my gaze was instantly drawn to 'Xin Man Xin', an elegant, traditional-style residence that felt like a tranquil oasis in the bustling city. The moment I stepped inside, the summer heat instantly vanished. A refreshing cup of cucumber tea, personally served by a kindly smiling attendant, offered such meticulous care that it instantly washed away my travel weariness. It was more than just a drink; it was a truly heartwarming welcome. What we most anticipated on this trip was our reserved *Siheyuan* – a traditional courtyard house. Stepping into it, I truly grasped the profound Eastern aesthetic expressed in the phrase 'deep courtyards, how many layers deep?' (庭院深深深几许). With its grey bricks, dark tiles, carved beams, and painted pillars, it completely shut out the urban clamor, leaving behind only the profound tranquility of the courtyard and the gentle accumulation of time. As night descended, sitting idly in the courtyard, listening to the wind and the chirping of insects, it felt as though I had journeyed back a century, sharing this serene elegance with those who lived long ago. My first stay in a Siheyuan turned out to be such an immersive cultural experience. For me, this was far more than just accommodation; it was a gentle, unique period etched into my Qingdao memories. 'Xin Man Xin' (Heart's Ease) truly lives up to its name, allowing one's heart to genuinely wander and find peace here.

Unfortunately unless you are doing business out there it's not the best place. Lovely hotel, good staff and wonderful room. Breakfast was lovely but for the rest you will need to head downtown which is far.

I usually don't write reviews specifically, but this hotel experience was so good. The room was exceptionally clean, the environment was great, and there was no odor. I also want to specifically praise the service attitude of the front desk staff. They were kind, polite, and very attentive and paid attention to detail. It was absolutely amazing. I don't know what else to say. Just come and stay here, it's a no-brainer!!!

I finally ended my first trip to Qingdao and returned home at midnight yesterday. Today I finally have time to comment on it. I took an eight and a half hour train to Qingdao North. The journey was tiring, so I chose a hotel in Licang District on the first day to rest for a while. I got there after passing a traffic light after getting out of the subway. The price during the May Day holiday generally increased, which is understandable. The hotel also took the initiative to upgrade my room type for free, so I actually stayed in a Jin-something king-size bed room. The window faced the mall. The room was clean and tidy, with dry and wet separation. Some small details that I think are very thoughtful are that the hotel prepared a welcome gift for check-in, which is a piece of fruit. There is also a hairband for the ladies on the washbasin, and there is Laoshan Coke in the freezer. When I checked out, I also gave a gift, which is a bottle of Laoshan mineral water and biscuits. Although it doesn't seem to be worth much, it is very thoughtful and friendly for people who want to buy water and Coke to check in. In addition, my hands were dry during this period, and there happened to be a bottle of lotion on the washbasin, which I took away when I left the hotel. These few days really helped me a lot. The overall stay was very good. It is worthy of being a veteran star hotel. In the next few days, in order to facilitate travel and play, I moved to the May Fourth Square, and the price was much more expensive. The service is obviously different. If I have the opportunity to come to Qingdao North in the future, I will still choose to stay at Guangye Jinjiang
