優點：老闆很好，便宜，非節日幾十塊錢能接受，電視能看，進房之前房間提前打掃過，要打掃的話可以跟阿姨説，阿姨不會突然進來打掃，距離欽州老街和欽州東站都是6公里以內，出門騎共享車就可以走了，距離鴻發夜市一公里不到，提前離店錢也正常退
缺點：我是國慶訂的，129左右標單一間，房間不是很乾凈，牆壁上有很多灰塵和棉絮，也有可能是蟲絲混合物，電視機旁裝茶壺和杯子的盤子裏有死蚊子沒清理掉，設施不是很齊全，沒有吹風機，沒有應急手電和消防面罩，沒有驅蚊片或者驅蚊液，但是可以到前台要蚊香，門上的鎖不是那種智能的鎖，而是一個釦子，房間很不隔音，走廊外面走路説話聽得很清楚，窗户面對走廊，不通風，蚊香的話點了味道很大，花灑什麼的也很舊，毛巾應該很久沒換了，有點硬，電視能看但清晰度不高，網絡也不好，看直播會卡，按鈕會失靈，遙控電池幹了也沒人換，最重要的……有蟑螂！有蟑螂！有蟑螂！奈何房間訂滿了換不了，老闆衹是讓我把蟑螂趕走。
要是按照平日的價格我都能接受，可是國慶這個價格的確貴了。

老闆態度很好，熱情好客，説話親切；距離鴻發夜市很近；衞生也還可以；如果曬衣服的地方大一些就更好了；廁所終於不是馬桶了。

#衞生衞生差，洗手間尿**味#服務一般#位置交通一般般#房間設施陳舊的房內設施，一股煙味撲鼻而來，受不了，隔音效果差，隔壁拉尿聲音都能聽見，洗澡水温的，不能洗澡。#早餐無#餐廳無#床太硬邦邦，難聞，床上皺巴巴，有碎髮，應該沒更換床單及被套。還説睡二個人，那個破舊被子，是黑心棉，濕溜溜的，被子又薄一個人都不夠蓋，沒有空調，有也是是壞的，害的我凍得感冒。不建議入住，等老闆改造了適合人住再去。#性價比差#健身房無#游泳池無#WIFI差#房間景觀差，擠小轉不過身子來#停車有免費停車
