The only bad thing was that the air conditioning was supposed to be central air conditioning, and it was humid those days, so the air conditioning could only adjust the fan size at best, which didn't feel very good. Also, after I left, the front desk called to say that their hair dryer was broken. I thought it had fallen to the ground or hit the sink and cracked when I left, but it turned out to be deformed. Maybe the hotel thinks everyone is Popeye and can deform hard plastic. In addition, the hotel really needs to replace the hair dryer, as the clips between the handle and the dryer no longer snap in place.

The location is good. There are not many good hotels in Qinzhou itself. Renaissance is already a good choice. The hotel has complete facilities and the room is very large. It will be the first choice for business trips in the future.

I will stay at this hotel again in Qinzhou. The manager and the front desk service girl are very warm and polite, making people really feel at home. The hotel is newly renovated, the details are very delicate and exquisite, like home decoration. The breakfast is also fresh and delicious. I also specially upgraded my room for free and provided breakfast in advance for free. On the impression of Qinzhou, the hotel is definitely a plus!

這家酒店真的太太驚喜了！ 首先是環境，裝修特別有格調，劃分的小區域各有特色，還帶着點隱祕感，走進去就覺得很舒服，完全不是千篇一律的樣子，隨手拍都很出片。 服務更是沒話説，從進門到出門，每一次遇到工作人員都會主動禮貌問候，熱情又不會過度，讓人感覺特別受尊重，體驗感直接拉滿。 本來是衝著“保證延遲到15:00退房”來的，這個真的太戳我了，不用急匆匆趕時間，能慢悠悠收拾東西，對出行的人來説太友好了。結果沒想到minibar和早餐也這麼驚艷！minibar的飲品選得很用心，早餐種類豐富，味道也超讚，完全超出預期。 誠意滿滿，試探性的問可不可以延遲退房，結果很快就給我了一個非常滿意的答案，加上之前攜程的積分僅僅兩三張鈔票就能得到的極致享受，下次來欽州還會選擇這家酒店，自我感覺屬於欽州的top。

很不錯！雖然是新開業一個月的全季酒店，但是房間和公區也沒什麼裝修異味，各種設施齊全且全新。以前欽州衹有一家全季酒店，而且位置還比較偏。現在這裏斜對門就是商業區，吃喝玩樂都很方便。門口停車場超大，旁邊還有充電樁。非常好。
