"Decided to extend my stay because I liked it so much. A big thank you to the front desk lady who helped my child print their homework. Also, thank you for promptly communicating with management and switching me to a room with a different orientation due to the construction noise, which ensured I could sleep peacefully. My only hope is that the restaurant breakfast staff could be a bit more flexible. I told them I didn't want noodles or vermicelli, just some cooked vegetables and 6 shrimp. They absolutely refused, saying it was against their rules – shrimp could only be added when making noodles or vermicelli, and only 2 shrimp per bowl. In the end, they forced me to take three bowls of noodles, with two shrimp in each, and all those noodles went to waste. In the age of AI, what machines can't replace is human flexibility and a touch of humanity. I hope there's room for improvement!"

"Nice room, there is everything is needed with veryday cleaning. 2 pools: for kids and adults with warm water. 5min walk to the beach, if you come for kiting - there is 2 kitestations opposite the hotel. Breakfast adapted morning foreigner, every messages doubled in English. Supermarket near the hotel, a lot of restaurants in 5min drive in Boao. Nice hotel, recommended 👌"

"The hotel is very close to the beach, so you can go for a stroll by the sea anytime. Our room was on the eighth floor, directly facing the ocean, offering a fantastic view. We received complimentary local snacks upon check-in and an Ai Cao (mugwort) wellness hammer as a farewell gift upon check-out, which was a very thoughtful touch."

The hotel's location is superb; the view of Hongshijiao from the balcony is fantastic, and on a clear day, you can see the sunrise – the vista is incredibly expansive. The hotel's location is practically perfect; it's just a short walk from the hotel to the beach, and you can clearly see the surrounding fishing boats. It's a great hotel, having just opened in August. The staff were always smiling and constantly asking about our needs, creating a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. I would definitely like to stay at this hotel again if I have the chance. Overall, it offers excellent value for money and I highly recommend it."

At night, we drove to the seaside to enjoy the sea breeze. It only took 10 minutes by car and there was a strong atmosphere of fireworks. It was a good experience. I recommend everyone to stay here!"

"The hotel experience this time was poor, and the price-performance ratio was seriously inconsistent. The price was high, but the actual experience was like a fast hotel, and the facilities and services were far from the corresponding level. The weather was cold and the water temperature was too cold to go in the water. It should have been equipped with a constant temperature swimming pool of about 30 degrees. The interior of the hotel looks beautiful but deserted and not very popular. Although the service staff is okay and can open the pool separately, there are not many pools. In addition, there are many group guests, and the overall experience is not good. The price of such a hotel is really unacceptable. I hope the hotel can make some improvements and improve the matching degree of quality and price, otherwise it will be difficult to attract more customers."

It was very quiet at night, completely undisturbed, allowing me to fully relax. Overall, this was a very pleasant stay, and I would definitely choose this hotel again. Highly recommended!"
