GreenTree Inn (Qionghai Boao High-speed Railway Station) ★★★
"The room is large, clean, soundproof and quiet. It is very convenient to go downstairs and eat. There are all kinds of breakfasts and restaurants. The most convenient thing is that it is only 3 kilometers away from the airport. You will definitely not miss the flight if you get up early."
Yuebai Seaview Holiday Beauty ★★
"The room was clean and tidy, with good hygiene and no odor. The air conditioning worked well, and they proactively upgraded us to a sea-view room. We were very satisfied with our stay and will definitely stay here again next time we pass through."
Qionghai Changlong Hotel (Yinhai Zaliang Street) ★★★★
"Traveling with my entire family, including the elderly and children, during Chinese New Year, we made a spontaneous stopover in Qionghai and randomly picked this hotel in the middle of the night. It turned out to be surprisingly good – absolutely the best value for money! The front desk staff was also incredibly thoughtful and even gave us a complimentary breakfast. Although the breakfast selection wasn't huge, everything tasted delicious, especially the milk tea, which was even better than what you'd find in a tea restaurant. If I'm ever in the area again, I'd definitely choose this hotel."
Park Plaza Hainan Qionghai ★★★★
"Should have a waste bin at the bathroom Should have a wooden desk for large luggage"
qionghaizhanaihuadongluyaduojiudian ★★★★
"Even though it was just for a one-night stay, Atour hotels are always so comfortable, and they even offer late-night congee. Besides international five-star resorts, Atour is my top choice."
Boao Yilanwan Homestay
"It's great! The single room is super cost-effective, the owner is very nice and solves any problems promptly, and breakfast is included. Pretty good, awesome! ☺️"
Vienna International Hotel (Qionghai Zhenhai Road) ★★★
"As soon as I entered the door, the girl at the front desk was very enthusiastic and told me all the delicious food and fun things nearby. I originally chose to stay here because the hotel is very close to the grain snack street. When I entered the room, I was very satisfied with it because it was clean and spacious."
Magnotel (Qionghai Wanquan River Aihua Road) ★★★
"The environment is comfortable, clean and sanitary! 5⭐"
Asia Bay International Hotel ★★★★★
"The service attitude of the hotel staff is good. They are considerate and thoughtful from check-in to check-out. They solve problems quickly, which makes people feel warm. During the stay in the hotel, I did encounter some sanitation problems, and the lady handled them in time, which was great!"

Qionghai No. 6 Sea Sudging (Qionghai Boao Jinwan Store)
"The front desk is efficient, the rooms are spotless, the smart devices are convenient, and the surrounding transportation is convenient, making it an ideal choice for business trips and travel. The rooms offer views of the azure sea, and there's a swimming pool just steps away in the complex – very nice!"
Highlights Holiday Seaview Apartment (Qionghai Boao Aaron Meeting Site)
"Excellent location, clean rooms, very close to the sea, the view from the balcony is incredible. Of course, you can hear a cart with a clean belt going from floors to 8:30 in the morning, but this is not a problem. The only thing I didn't like was that the description of the hotel says free parking. The fact that parking turned out to be paid is not a problem. I don't like the guard's attitude. When I drove the car to the barrier, the guard showed me a QR code that I had to pay 10 yuan. I have a question why I have to pay, usually people pay when they leave the parking lot. When I asked why I had to pay, the guard didn't say anything, but just left. He sat on a chair and ignored my questions. I'm a foreigner, but I speak Chinese, and I think it's a huge disrespect to treat customers like that. The boy at the registration desk didn't pay any attention to me until the last moment. He was communicating with my friend who doesn't speak Chinese, and I was standing in front of him, speaking Chinese. I asked him to explain to me why I was asked to pay for parking, but he didn't hear me at all, as if I were speaking in another language, even though I was talking to him in Chinese. Honestly, I didn't like this situation very much. I know that this is an absolutely normal situation when your interlocutor does not understand that you speak Chinese, but in this situation it was as if he did not want to communicate with me because I am a woman and he was talking to my friend, who is a man, although my friend does not speak Chinese. I'm not offended, but it was just unpleasant. I advise you to stay in this hotel there is parking there is a car charger there is an underground parking lot very quiet close to the sea"
Boaoyudaiwan Hotel
"The room was clean and spacious, with comfortable bedding and excellent hygiene! No carpets, so no musty smell, which is great for people with allergies. The hotel is right by the sea; its back door opens directly onto the coastal road, next to 'The Story of the Sea' – the most beautiful dining spot by the beach. We heard that even a former UN Secretary-General once dined there. Even at night, young couples were taking wedding photos on the beach. Walking west, you reach the mouth of the Wanquan River. Overall, though it's an older four-star hotel and the exterior looks a bit dated, the air is fresh, and it's very clean. The lobby even offers complimentary tea and bananas, which is a nice touch. Breakfast was delicious. In the evening, we went to the nearby Tanmen Town Fisherman's Wharf and bought live abalone, wild sea shrimp, mouse grouper, and scallops. We brought them back to the hotel, and the restaurant chef helped prepare them for a reasonable fee, which felt much safer than eating seafood at small outside eateries! The restaurant waitstaff, especially the aunties, provided superb service. They even kindly warned us when we ordered too many extra vegetables and soup, fearing we wouldn't finish them. In short, the hotel offers great value for money, and we extended our stay for two more nights! (Attached photos show the seaside scenery from the hotel's back door)"
QiongHai JiaLan Wellness Seaview Hotel
"The room is spacious and bright, clean and tidy, with complete facilities. The water volume is not enough during the peak water usage period when taking a hot shower. The room has a balcony facing the sea, an ideal place for a relaxing vacation."
BOAO HUAFENGSHIJIA HOTEL
"During my business trip to Hainan, I stayed at the Huafeng Shijia Hotel. The experience was severely substandard compared to five-star standards. On my first day, while eating the fruit provided by room service, I discovered obvious mold on the wooden spoon, with blackened edges and a sticky feel. This seriously violated food hygiene and safety standards, raising serious concerns about the hotel's cleanliness and management, and directly impacting my confidence in the safety of subsequent meals. Even more bizarrely, on the second night, around 10 PM, the power suddenly went out without any prior notice. The air conditioning, lighting, and heating were unusable, especially since I was showering, causing significant distress and inconvenience. As a five-star hotel, the emergency response and notification mechanisms for a sudden power outage were clearly lacking, and no reasonable explanation or solution was provided promptly. After being notified by phone, someone came and informed me of the power outage [nervous]. The hotel's brand reputation and five-star positioning raised my expectations very high, but the actual experience revealed serious problems such as substandard hygiene and inadequate facilities. I was extremely disappointed and couldn't understand why the hotel was in such a chaotic state. This severely impacted my work efficiency and mood during my business trip!"
Taoji Seaview Hotel
"The hotel environment is warm and tranquil overall. Xiao Lü at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, enthusiastically introducing nearby tourist attractions. The bedding in the room was very comfortable. Highly recommended! Fantastic sea view"
BFA Hotel
"True to its reputation as a conference hotel, the property is grand and impressive. The room amenities are thoughtfully designed, and the staff training is exceptional. Special mention goes to Julia Xu, our concierge, who contacted me days in advance. She was incredibly attentive and thorough in understanding our needs, and her responses were remarkably prompt – it felt like she always had her phone in hand! Polite and patient, she made the first stop of our Hainan trip a delightful experience. It’s a wonderful hotel with wonderful staff; I’ll definitely stay here again on my next visit."
Boao Forum for Asia Dongyu Island Hostel
"Beyond expectations! It's very good, especially the hotel service. I've stayed in many five-star hotels, and the service at the hotel hosting the Asian Forum Annual Meeting is really super good. Nancy is warm and polite, and the check-in is very fast. She can consider the guests. The recommended Milk Sea is very beautiful. There is also a decompression life festival on the island on May Day. It is really a good choice to bring children to play~"
Bo'ao State Guesthouse
"Since I was just passing through by car, I didn't have time to enjoy the hot springs and the surrounding environment, but the greenery was indeed very beautiful. I stayed in a cheaper office building instead of the main building, so the facilities were a bit old, but it had everything I needed, and there was even welcome fruit. For 350 yuan, what more could I ask for! Satisfied!"
QIONGHAI BOAO YUEXIN HEALING SEAVIEW HOTEL
"The room was great, facing the sea and very convenient. The receptionist even gave us complimentary herbal tea."
Hillman Hotel Qionghai
"This newly opened hotel is clean and has good facilities. The bathroom has separate dry and wet rooms. There are not many parking spaces at the entrance and it is a little far from the city center, but there are still places to eat nearby. There is a morning tea shop and a lot of snacks."
Forum For Asia Gold Coast Hotel
"It was a great experience staying in this hotel, with a beautiful environment, a beautiful swimming pool and hot springs. Yan at the front desk gave us a warm reception and helped us arrange the room. Bonnie, the housekeeper, also provided attentive service, introduced nearby attractions and food in detail and responded to any questions immediately. This is the second time I stayed at this hotel. The kids were very happy!"
Wyndham La Quinta (Qionghai Yinhai Road)
"The Wyndham Hotel is homely in style, with exquisite and comfortable decoration and excellent sound insulation. The breakfast variety is diverse and the service attitude is great. This is a must-choose hotel for business trips. The big brand is trustworthy. The stay experience is great. The lobby is luxurious and grand beyond expectations. The service staff are well-trained and respond quickly. The location is convenient and the decoration is exquisite. It is excellent in all aspects, clean and tidy without any odor. The bedding in particular gave me a big surprise. I highly recommend it."
Yihao Hotel
"The room is spacious, bright, clean and tidy. It has its own parking lot. The service staff is warm, thoughtful and meticulous. Thumbs up 👍👍👍"
