Service is good, live in Building H 1802, the room balcony can see the sea, but it is not convenient to go over to take a taxi, there is a lake next to the living, and then the pool is downstairs, the room is large, the facilities are relatively clean, the overall suitable for like quiet, It is also beautiful to swim and play in the water for children, and then go to nearby attractions to take a taxi. For example, Milk Sea, Red Rock Beach, Tanmen Fishing Port, etc. are very close, less than 10 kilometers in more than ten minutes. The hotel is in the Country Garden community. It is actually Ramada. It is very quiet. You can sleep well. Then you want to go where you want to go. You can take a taxi directly. Parent-child travel is good. Take a taxi to Tanmen Fishing Port for more than 10 yuan for five kilometers. You can locate the Tanmen Seafood Market to buy seafood for processing and eating. The variety is relatively rich. The processing fee of the next store is 13 yuan a catty. The paste and the crabs are generally about 75 yuan a catty. Qinglong is one hundred and dozens of yuan. Then the beach next to the market can catch the sea, mainly shellfish, small crabs, and some fish will be photographed when the tide is just low. Generally, the tide starts at about 10 o'clock, such as thorn dolphins, red fish and so on. It is not convenient to eat, you have to take a taxi to the nearby Tanmen to eat, or order takeaway.

Guest UserThe hotel environment is green and beautiful. Our butler, Julia, provided excellent service. We had a delay and needed a late check-out, and she proactively helped us coordinate and resolve the issue. Environment

Guest UserThe black mold in the shower and on the curtains should be removed. The shower drained all over the bathroom. The blinds would not completely close. The balcony door would not close and lock.
Great staff, our main door lock was fixed twice and very promptly, staff in the breakfast area were very helpful.
But hot entres were cold as most left the lids open and it seemed there was no heat to keep items hot.
Great plus to have a washing machine on the balcony!

The room was spacious, and it wasn't crowded during the Qingming Festival, so we got an upgrade to a high-floor sea-view room. The view from building A was decent, though a bit obstructed by the building in front. I reckon you could see the sunrise on a clear day.
On the downside, there was a small bug on the floor, and the TV remote wasn't working. We had to call staff to fix both issues, which was a bit inconvenient. The desk wasn't wiped clean either; my child wanted to do some homework on it, but it was covered in dust.
On the positive side, the price was reasonable, the staff were friendly and efficient in resolving issues, and their attitude was great. There's an outdoor pool, and the location is convenient. You can easily get to the main attractions by renting a small electric scooter.
The food options nearby aren't great. We ended up eating糟粕粉饭 (zāopòfěn fàn) at the hotel restaurant, but the shrimp and shellfish weren't fresh.

Overall, the apartment is okay. The price is cheaper than the hotel. The location is also good. It's not far from the attractions. It's very convenient to drive by yourself.
Environment: The environment is close to the seaside, and the environment in the community is also good. The sea view room you bought can indeed see the seaside beach. It will look better when the weather is good.
Hygiene: Hygiene is relatively average. After all, it is an apartment style. The kitchen, curtains, and bathroom are all a bit shabby.
Facilities: In terms of facilities, the apartment is still poor. There are no disposable slippers, no bottled water, no ironing machine, etc. It is a bit worse than the hotel.
Service: In terms of service, there is no front desk or reception staff. The customer service will add WeChat to tell the room location and how to open the door yourself. Each has its own pros and cons.
Overall acceptable. for reference.

Guest UserThe room was clean and spacious, with comfortable bedding and excellent hygiene! No carpets, so no musty smell, which is great for people with allergies. The hotel is right by the sea; its back door opens directly onto the coastal road, next to 'The Story of the Sea' – the most beautiful dining spot by the beach. We heard that even a former UN Secretary-General once dined there. Even at night, young couples were taking wedding photos on the beach. Walking west, you reach the mouth of the Wanquan River. Overall, though it's an older four-star hotel and the exterior looks a bit dated, the air is fresh, and it's very clean. The lobby even offers complimentary tea and bananas, which is a nice touch. Breakfast was delicious. In the evening, we went to the nearby Tanmen Town Fisherman's Wharf and bought live abalone, wild sea shrimp, mouse grouper, and scallops. We brought them back to the hotel, and the restaurant chef helped prepare them for a reasonable fee, which felt much safer than eating seafood at small outside eateries! The restaurant waitstaff, especially the aunties, provided superb service. They even kindly warned us when we ordered too many extra vegetables and soup, fearing we wouldn't finish them. In short, the hotel offers great value for money, and we extended our stay for two more nights! (Attached photos show the seaside scenery from the hotel's back door)
