Hotel was fine, biggest problem was the heating. Much too hot and no aircon to keep temperatures reasonable.I woke up to 30 degrees inside the room.
They came to open the windows and gave me many bottles of water.

Excellent position close to Wanda shopping mall. Very nice swimming pool and fitness center. Rooms are spacious and clean with good amenities.

I was there to attend a 2 day conference. Check in and Check out was cumbersome and needlessly long. 5 staff members at the desk but only one person was doing the checkin and she was very rude (see Photo). Check out was no better, delayed because they needed housekeeping to check that I did not steal any towels. Breakfast offering was good but strange that they did not have sugarfree equal, but yet had it in the rooms, when I mentioned this, the service person said she would go and get some but never did. I asked for smoke free room but obviously the hotel does not have smoke free policy since there were ashtrays in front of all elevators. Also no controls for wearing masks. One good thing is large Wanda Mall is next to hotel. This hotel is overpriced. There are many hotels that are much cheaper.

The room is clean and tidy, and the amenities are soft and comfortable. The hotel lobby has local regional characteristics, the ceiling chandelier is beautiful, and there is free tea. The breakfast variety is also rich. Anna at the front desk is enthusiastic, professional, patient, and efficient. She took the initiative to send a humidifier to my room and also sent two extra bottles of water. It was a very satisfying trip and I will come again next time if I have the chance.
