This is our first vist to Quanzhou. We picked this somewhat dated looking hotel (from the outside), we were positively overwhelmed in every respect (hardware, software, location, service...) The hotel is very stylish (mid-Century modern) and well thought out on residence experience. The interiror designer (谢柯) is highly respected. Our concierge - Andy looked after us in every step of the way; he made an effort to reach us before arrival, gave us great recommendations on food, activity planning, & gifts preparation. The dinning room on top had great service, view, food and ambiance. The staff (matradee and 小西）accommodated us even though we arrived near their closing time. I think we also met the GM who treated us like friends. Quanzhou is an ancient city full of history busyness and things-to-do like most of cities in China, but this beautiful boutique hotel is truly full of pleasant surprise and an inviting escape in the big country.

Location is excellent! The hotel is 10/10, breakfast 很好吃, the service is 10/10 as well! Thank you to Cici who helped us a lot during our stays. Cici has been very helpful, friendly, and attentive throughout our stays! We had a wonderful time there, will def come back!

From check-in to check-out, every aspect was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel is well-located, making our travels much easier. The rooms are spacious with comfortable bedding ensuring a good night’s sleep each day.
I must mention the excellent service at the hotel; the staff were warm and attentive, especially Cici. Her professionalism and enthusiasm made us feel right at home. Whether it was dining recommendations or travel tips, Cici provided very helpful information that greatly enhanced our travel experience.
Thanks to Cici and all the staff for making our journey so much better!

1️⃣The hotel's location is really invincible. It is located at the important landmark bell tower. It is very convenient to go to the attractions in the old city. You can go back to rest at any time when you are tired of shopping at noon.
2️⃣The upgraded one-bedroom room on the east side is much larger. It is quite comfortable to live in. The only drawback is that there is a certain amount of street noise, but the hotel is equipped with earplugs. Andy, a follow-up colleague, also helped to reduce the afternoon tea in the hotel because of this noise problem.
3️⃣The breakfast is quite comfortable, mainly in terms of environment, landscape, and layout. However, there are a few cold dishes, which can be improved.
4️⃣The streets here are really beautiful, and there are terraces and rooftops.
5️⃣Finally, I want to say that the service is really good. Andy asked us about our needs in the morning, noon and evening. When I left, he gave me toiletries. He also gave me a box of Minnan rice cakes, which is very considerate. ❤️

If you are traveling with children, I strongly recommend staying at the Bell Tower for two nights. There are many parent-child activities in the hotel. The hotel is very close to various attractions such as Kaiyuan Temple. The amenities in the room are co-branded by Wenxian, and all the children's needs are complete.
