I rarely give bad reviews, but the most imperfect thing about this trip to Quanzhou was booking this homestay. It can be said that there was basically no service at all. There was no one at the front desk when I arrived at noon, and the boss was quite impatient when I called. However, they let us check in early, which deserves 1 point. However, they made a mistake and said that early check-in was not possible, so they called back and forth to confirm. Facilities: The facilities are a bit old, there are some stains on the wall, the decoration feels very casual, there are a lot of peeling walls, the bathroom just has a few curtains, and the floor is full of water after taking a shower. The only good thing is that there is a smart toilet, and the bath water takes a long time to heat up. Hygiene: The hygiene can be said to be clean on the surface, but the details are sloppy. There are spider webs in the corners of the bathroom. The cleaning on the second day was just taking out the garbage and adding two bottles of water. The dirty stains on the curtains seemed to have not been cleaned. Service: Basically, don't expect any service. Maybe this place is so casual. I stayed there for two days and basically never saw the boss. Everything is self-service. The mineral water was also of an unknown brand. The same goes for toiletries, we basically have to bring them all ourselves. Environment: It is on the second floor of some educational institution. The stairs are made of iron. You need to carry the boxes up by yourself, and it is not easy to walk up. It is indeed close to West Street. Anyway, if you don't care about anything else and just want to book a relatively cheap one, then choose this. If you still care about service and hygiene, I advise you not to choose this place.

I'm quite satisfied. The landlord is very nice. He also came to help us if it was inconvenient for us girls to carry our luggage. If you have any questions during your stay, he will handle them in a timely manner! The overall measures are also very good, and it is highly recommended to go out and play with friends! The location is also very good. You can walk to West Street quickly or wait for Xiaobai at the door. And next to it is Zhongshan Park, you can also go for a walk.

The hotel is located close to Zhongshan Park and West Street, which makes travel more convenient and the rooms are more spacious. After checking in, I found that the window of the room was open, and I killed more than a dozen mosquitoes. The hot water in the shower in the room was slow to come out, and it took several minutes for the water to heat up. There was no TV or projector in the room, which was inconvenient. The hotel's price/performance ratio was acceptable.

感覺房間沙發有點臟 洗漱台那邊燈光有點暗 其他的還行 如果都用一次性的毛巾就更方便了 環境一般般 民宿可以租小電動一天40還是挺便宜划算的 可以逛附近景點

因為洗了個冷水澡所以給差評了。工作人員的理由是當時洗的人多，所以水温上不來，其實也就是設備老舊。真心勸大家不要住古城，不太可能住到靠譜的房間，同樣價格可以住非常標準化不容易踩雷的連鎖酒店

房間乾淨舒適，設備齊全，衞生間的坐便是電動加熱的，真的很好，超出預期。而且離周邊熱門景點很近，交通便利
