優點：可以帶寵物、可以免費停車、可以準備新的拖鞋，忘記換乾淨的布草，警察來協調會換乾淨的布草
缺點：
1. 誠信問題：入住早上老闆讓微信説停水，讓我們定別的酒店，但是同天攜程上無房但是**和同程還可以定，而且是750-800一晚，我們訂的時候是250一晚，我們提出問題後老闆説讓我們趕緊打包走人他不租給我們了，派出所派人才解決問題，也停止微信上威脅和騷擾。
2. 安全問題：房間內有明顯牆裂，並且缺乏電子煙霧感應器和消防滅火噴頭，不知道是哪位消防的領導給通過的審批，希望泉州消防、市場監管局、紀委查一下吧。
3. 零時通知帶寵物入住要100元按金，大家知悉一下。
4. 虛假宣傳：説2米大床、床是2米 但床墊衹有1.8米。
