My Feedback for This Beautiful Hotel Pros: The hotel is beautifully designed, with a lovely tea scent everywhere—very inviting. During check-in, the staff upgraded our room to a larger one on a higher floor (Room 1913), which we absolutely loved! The room is spacious and has everything you need. One of the cleaners, an elderly lady, was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Despite the language barrier, we communicated using hand gestures and Google Translate. On our first night, we were looking for a place to have dinner, and the lady at the lobby counter was very helpful—she even assisted us in booking a Didi. A convenience store is located just across the building. The laundry room is well-equipped and very convenient. The hotel also gave us complimentary gifts and fruits after check-in, along with two bottles of mineral water. Upon check-out, we received more free gifts—such a generous gesture! Cons: Since the hotel is next to a busy road, you can hear car honking quite often. Unfortunately, none of the staff can communicate in English. If they could, our conversations would have been much smoother. Overall: I had an amazing stay in Quanzhou, and I would definitely choose this hotel again if I return to this province!

Great location, hotel staff were attentive and knowledgeable. Mary, who cleaned our room (#825) was positive, efficient, and observant! She noticed we liked the water and gave us extra bottles without us requesting it. :) thank you!

Xiamenair is near a food street which opens late into the night. It takes about 20-30 minutes walk to the Old Town attractions. Better to get a taxi or didi e-hailing. The staff was very helpful. Fruits and light snacks are provided in the evening/night at the lift lobby on every floor. The sleep was excellent. It wasn’t noisy at all in my room facing the street. Hot water shower and the air conditioning work very well. I used CNY500 as cash deposit. But the service staff was kind to return me the deposit without having to wait too long.

A spontaneous trip made wonderful by Qixu! We originally came here for the works of famous designers, but we were impressed by this group of lovely young people who were particularly considerate to share with us the nearby delicacies, arranged for us to take a small white car around the city, arranged for us to take travel photos, and especially Ms. Liao Yiqing who was responsible for receiving us, patiently answered all kinds of questions for us, and was kind and beautiful, making us feel like spring breeze! Thank you to the hotel staff for giving us such a warm experience this time.

同門，我是素問大帝。這裏比葯王谷還要香哇！！！ 早飯很好吃但是如果像我一樣早上睡覺睡到孫大師姐把我拎起來的程度，小菜就容易温温了，不過主菜還是熱乎的。😾💞 🦊七月末跟神相妹來參加線下活動，太趕了幾乎是説走就走。挑了幾家跟神相妹商量發現還是最喜歡一眼相中的這裏，第六感感覺很舒服很喜歡。 民宿門口有門禁很安心，進去以後會有管家姐姐加好友，有什麼事可以直接聯繫姐姐幫忙。 民宿裏面冷香冷香的……超舒服，姐姐還會幫忙拿行李，咪的天。🙀💕 入住以後會送一盤梅子和小番茄，好吃！提前跟姐姐説了大概什麼時候到，姐姐提前幫忙打好了空調……太幸福了。 🦊住得太放鬆了完全忘記拍照了……一住一個不吱聲！非常亮堂而且乾淨，浴室乾濕分離，洗手池枱麪很寬敞也沒有一點水漬，是那種很清爽的乾淨sis懂我。來自潔癖的肯定，大大滴放心！以為會有點擁擠結果完全沒有……很通透空間一點兒都不壓抑。 一次性用品全然是夠用的！每天都會補充新的，真的用完了也可以找姐姐拿。這幾天晚上是在房間裏點飯吃的，所以餐巾紙用量很大，下樓找打掃姨姨要，姨姨很大方給了一沓！☝️️ 臨走的時候陽傘壞掉了外面還在下雨，姐姐看到拿了把傘給我，我説以後不一定再來還不了傘，姐姐説沒關係沒有傘會淋感冒的……感動🥺🥺🥺lovelove……💗💗💗 泉州飯都不是很吃得來，，，但是為了民宿會願意二刷的程度。。。。九月份了還在懷念，，，😿🔥💕💕💕

The area is large, the decoration and hardware are very online, the location is quite good, all kinds of food come out the door, and the west gate of Kaiyuan Temple is a few steps away. On the left is the Kaiyuan Shengshi complex, which is accessible by Xiaobai at the door. The hotel also has a high-quality bakery and a very large bookstore suitable for children aged from a few years to teenagers. The public area in the store is also very good, but there are a few mosquitoes. The service awareness needs to be improved. In terms of service, I think the overall training is not yet perfect, because I encountered two classes, maybe three classes of front desk staff, but the service awareness was a bit different. I praise the front desk staff at the time of check-out for solving the problem very sincerely. Overall, it is very good and worth recommending. It will definitely be the first choice when I visit this hotel next time!

The temperature difference in Quanzhou in the past few days (spring) is large, the highest temperature at noon is 20 degrees, and the night is about 10 °C, but the central air conditioner of this hotel does not provide heating, and it can be cooled! so strange! ! Such a cold night, such a high-end hotel can not turn on the heating! Even the air conditioner of the mid- and low-end small hotel can heat it. The air conditioner of this hotel can be cooled! I gave feedback, the hotel's answer is that the central air conditioner is controlled by the engineering department, and whether to turn on the heating can be determined by the engineering department. If I feel cold, they can provide me with a heating tablet. It is a white oil stat, similar to the last picture. Anyway, I am not used to it. Can not control the temperature, there are three grades of small, medium and large to adjust the heating. Turn on the heating tablet to wake up, do not turn on the heating tablet to wake up. Every night, you have to get up, turn on, turn off, turn on, turn off, turn off, repeatedly adjust the heating tablet... Living in such a luxurious hotel, you can't control the room temperature. I lived for a few days, lived to doubt myself...

Location was easy access to all places, quieter street compared to other busy location. Love the smell of the entrance and their shampoos. Staff are very helpful even though we’re communicating in different languages, especially xiao ling the staff are super friendly , helpful and offered help to fit our needs

The front desk service was enthusiastic, especially Xiao Su. When she learned that our children did not have breakfast coupons, she specially sent one to us, which solved our urgent problem. In addition, the hotel is really quiet in a bustling city, which is magical. It is very quiet when you turn into the hotel, which is much better than the nearby Jux. To go to the surrounding attractions, you can rent a small electric donkey outside the hotel, which is very convenient. It is not far from West Street, so you don't have to worry about eating and drinking

Facilities: There is a laundry room with washing machines, dryers, laundry detergent, and a drying area, which is very convenient. There is no parking lot downstairs, and the road is narrow and difficult to park. Hygiene: It's OK, but they forgot to put my toothbrush, and the cart happened to be in the corridor, so I took it myself. Service: There was someone at the front desk late at night, which was convenient for check-out and could help receive express delivery.
