Room is clean with what u need for one night stay. Hotel staff 小李is very helpful. She trying her very best to answer us because we have too many questions for surrounding.. she is very helpful & nice. Very Pleasant stay at Quanzhou. Nearby also many shops around can explore.

Great hotel—anticipated need, provide exceptional service When checking in, front desk 西袖provided necessary information like aircon tuning tips that makes our stay more comfortable. She also recommended a lunch place nearby that turned out to be a highly recommended eatery. The hotel provided, besides welcome drinks and snacks, little things like dry shampoo, dental floss sticks etc in a ‘treasure chest’ very thoughtful. Most impressive is the laundry room. It is so well equipped that many hotels pale in comparison. Besides washer, dryer that a provided free for use, they even provide free detergents, not just for machines but also hand wash. The room comes with a basin for hand washing and steamer and normal iron. It also install sofa for guest to wait comfortably. Only suggestion is to brighten the room more. The hotel is well situated. With 5 minutes walk to Wanda. The room cost includes the breakfast and supper, thus it is not more expensive and definitely value for money. The breakfast spread is enough to cater to international palate. I also like that all the quanzhou snacks that everyone raved about is served here and quite well done. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting quanzhou. In fact, I myself is actively seeking out hotels of the same brand when moving to next destination

Room is clean. Has a good breakfast spread servicing delicious local food. Provides complimentary supper and has a complementary laundry room where you can do your own laundry.

I checked in with my daughter and sister from the 20th to the 24th December 2024 and we had a wonderful experience! The hotel is very new, and the 2 rooms are impressively spacious, providing great comfort throughout our stay. The location, though not accessible by large vehicles, is well-served by convenient smaller vehicles called ”xiao bai,” which made getting around a breeze. This thoughtful arrangement added to the charm of the place. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast. As someone from Singapore, I was thrilled to find my hometown breakfast featured alongside Quanzhou cuisine. The fusion of flavors was delightful, and we looked forward to it every morning. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, with a special mention to Zhuang Zhuang for going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Their warm hospitality truly made us feel at home. Very well located new hotel. Within walking distance to some tourist attractions. Clean room. The room was a bit small. Lack of space for hanging clothes. The current provision of clothes hangers over the toilet bowl is NOT ACCEPTABLE AND Unhygienic. The biggest disappointment was the bed which was ROCK HARD 😭. VERY UNCOMFORTABLE 🥵 This is because the bed is only the base without a mattress on top. ????? Customer service was very good. Special thanks to Mr Han and Ms Zeng for providing great assistance to us.

Hotel is near Xi Jie, walking distance to Kai Yuan Shi (250m). Lots of food around the area. Cars are not accessible to the hotel, have to drag the luggage a bit (2500m) from the main road. Hotel doesn't have lift but I was given Ground floor so it's alright for me. As it's not directly at Xi Jie, it's very quiet at night. I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

The hotel is in a good location, one kilometer away from Wanda Plaza (two traffic lights) and one kilometer away from Quanzhou Bus Station (two traffic lights). You can take a minibus from the bus station for 16 yuan per person, and it takes one hour from Quanzhou to Chongwu Ancient City. The hotel is 6 kilometers away from Yuan Temple, Guan Temple, Wen Temple and Zhongshan Road are more than 4 kilometers away, which is very convenient. All buses and small white cars in Quanzhou are free during the Spring Festival. The only shortcoming of the hotel is that the breakfast is average, and then the operation process of giving breakfast coupons is not good. I hope to change to swiping cards instead of using coupons, because the staff will forget the guests who did not drink and stay in Quanzhou for the next two days. I checked in at the front desk on the day of check-in and asked that the meal coupons would be put in the room, but in fact they were not delivered until I called to ask. The second and third days were also not delivered. I was too lazy to call for them after all, they were not delicious. Everything else was very satisfactory.

I took a temporary vacation to visit Quanzhou. Quanzhou is really a city worth visiting slowly and experiencing in depth. The ancient city is very comfortable and the pace is slow. The Gucheng Hotel where I stayed this time was the best choice for this trip. The hotel is in a 4A scenic area, quiet and beautiful. This time I stayed in a wide-view double bed, with a balcony and trees spilling into the windowsill. The two 1.5-meter beds were very large, comfortable and soft. The decoration style of the hotel is natural log style, and the terrace on the second floor is very beautiful for taking pictures. The service at the front desk is very enthusiastic, and they will take the initiative to introduce the details of the tour. The cleaning lady will also take the initiative to greet the guests when she sees them. The sanitation is also very clean, which puts a perfect end to this trip.

This is the first time I stayed at Atour Hotel in Quanzhou on a business trip. The hotel is very atmospheric and cost-effective. It is centrally located, convenient for taxis, and the front desk staff are warm and friendly. There is free porridge in the evening. The room is very clean and the bedding is soft and comfortable. The highlight is that there are 4 pillows, which I love the most. It is very easy to fall asleep. The breakfast is rich and there are many varieties. After searching, it is not far from various attractions. I will come again with my family if I have the opportunity during the holidays.

The room was very clean and the aunties were very welcoming, especially Aunt Liu, who came to help change the sheets late at night and gave us toothpaste, toothbrushes and slippers for children. The location is only 5 kilometers away from the West Street Scenic Area, and the transportation is also very convenient. I have to sigh, although there are many people, Quanzhou has done a really great job in terms of service and hygiene!
