I spent 3 nights here, and the overall experience was not pleasant. When I arrived the first day, the front desk gave me a room that was not livable. It was so close to the next building (see photos). I requested to have the room changed for the second night. The manager upgraded to a better room. However, I wanted to try the spa using the coupon from the hotel. The spa manager said this coupon is only good for spending 980 or more, but it wasn't said anywhere in the coupon. Then, I wanted to use Dianping. She said they no longer honor Dianping. This hotel accepts large group tour, the tour girl was yelling at the lobby using an amplified speaker, which is very unprofessional at a 5 star hotel. The third night was the most expensive. She said she would honor the ctrip price but charge me 100 more. I don't understand why it is so difficult to be honest. The breakfast was good, the service was friendly but not honest, if you are not 100% alert, you will pay more. The Japanese restaurant was not good, the eel wasn't fresh and the taste was decent.
I had a very satisfying stay. The lobby area was well-equipped with amenities, including a coffee machine, tea station, daily iced drinks, and an ice cream machine. What surprised me most was the complimentary travel supplies, including eye masks, tissues, face cloths, and masks, which made travel much more convenient. The lobby staff was very welcoming and even escorted us to the elevator after checking in. The breakfast room was also spacious, the menu was up to standard, and food was replenished promptly. Aside from the parking issue, which was a bit of a hassle, I was very satisfied with everything else. If parking could be resolved, I believe this would be the most satisfying Holiday Inn Express I've ever stayed at.
The breakfast is good, the location is really good, there are many restaurants around, the big bed room is not big, more than 20 square meters, but it is new and exquisite, the mattress is very comfortable, the hot water is large, the air conditioning is very good, and the noise is very low. For me who likes quietness, it is very comfortable. The front desk service is also good, the hygiene is good, it is worth a thumbs up

The best hotel I've stayed in Quanzhou. Not only did the price not increase during the May Day holiday, the service was also better. There were a lot of snacks, free laundry service, which was very good. On the way back, they also gave me local snacks, which was very humane. If I come to Quanzhou again next time, I will definitely choose you. Thank you☺️
Overall, it was a fantastic experience!
Service: The front desk staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming, greeting us warmly, offering water, and helping with our luggage. Even the housekeeping staff would greet us warmly whenever we saw them. The restaurant staff also inquired about any dietary restrictions, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail. They even offered us two bottles of iced water when we checked out.
Cleanliness: The bedding was incredibly comfortable; I slept soundly all night, which made the experience truly exceptional. The room itself was very clean, bright, and airy, with no unpleasant new renovation smell. It was excellent; they must have treated it somehow, creating a very comfortable and pleasant ambiance.
Breakfast: I paid 48 yuan to try the breakfast, and it was definitely worth it. There was a wide variety of options, including local specialty 'mianxian paste' (vermicelli paste), coffee, and salads. My absolute favorite was the freshly made douhua (tofu pudding), which catered to both northern and southern palates with both savory and sweet options. It was absolutely amazing, haha!
A very convenient store, with a separate building and a large parking lot. We like this type of store the most when we travel by car, and it is convenient to go anywhere!
The room is also very big, estimated to be about 30 square meters. In Fuzhou, 25 square meters is considered big for the same level. It is also very clean.
I was on my way early in the morning and was the first one to have breakfast. I thought the breakfast would be average for this price, but it turned out to be not bad at all compared to Four Seasons and the like.
By the way, there is another very comfortable point, the water pressure is very strong, the flushing is crackling, and the bath is very refreshing
The hotel should be relatively old and looks like it has been renovated. It is in the downtown area, very close to Licheng District where attractions are gathered. It is just across the bridge and it is very lively at night.
The facilities and environment are very ordinary. The air conditioner in the room can't be adjusted well. The lights in the room are also very strange. I can't turn on the toilet light when I turn off the lights at night.
But I still want to give a good review because the service is very good. There are relatively few parking spaces in the parking lot, and the parking lot next to it is quite expensive. Sometimes there is no parking space when you come back at night. You can talk to the security guard to help coordinate and squeeze out a parking space.
The air-conditioning temperature in the room is moderate, making people neither feel overheated nor too cold; the bed has just the right softness and hardness, allowing people to fall asleep quickly. Moreover, the hotel also provides a variety of considerate services, such as free toiletries, broadband Internet, robot food delivery, etc., allowing guests to enjoy more convenience and comfort during their stay. I will book here again next time I come
The hotel facilities are very new, the rooms are spacious and bright, clean and tidy, the beds are comfortable, and the service is very good. The beautiful lady at the front desk is warm, caring and warm. The cleaning lady is kind and approachable. Breakfast is rich and delicious. There is a gym and a washing machine and dryer on the seventh floor, which is very cost-effective. The location is only a dozen yuan away from West Street by taxi, which is not a big deal for those who have requirements for accommodation. I will choose to stay here next time I come. Highly recommended.

Very Good
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is attentive in every detail. The room is exquisitely decorated, the toiletries are of good quality, and the mattress and pillows are very comfortable. The waiter was friendly and responsive. There was no inconvenience during the stay. It is very close to Pudong Airport. The hotel is in an excellent location with convenient transportation around. It is within walking distance of many business districts. The room has a wide view and a beautiful night view. The hotel is very considerate when staying with my family. It provides children's supplies and toys, and the children have a lot of fun. The room type was also upgraded for free. The room is spacious, the soundproofing is good, and the breakfast is also suitable for children. Thanks to the hotel's thoughtful service staff for their friendly attitude. Check-in and check-out were very smooth. The overall experience was very satisfactory!
GGuest UserCame to Quanzhou on a business trip, and stayed in this hotel for the first time. The location is very good, and it is very convenient to buy things and eat. The room is very new, with complete facilities, simple and elegant decoration style, very clean, and the service staff has a good attitude and a high personality. I will come again next time!
GGuest User It is a relatively low configuration in Hanting, because the price is here, and it is not suitable for friends with poor business. Because the light on the desk in the room was dim, I asked the front desk manager to provide a desk lamp. I wanted to play a good result. Even if the desk lamp is an ornament, there is no brightness, but for this attitude, I also plan to give a good review. When I checked out, the young lady at the front desk asked me to take the lamp down! I'm surprised, isn't it you go to the room to check, is the lamp in the room? I even put my face and said bluntly that I would take it down! This is a wonderful thing in the hotel service industry! Another point is that the countertop in the bathroom is too small, and no cosmetics can be put down.
GGuest UserI have stayed at this homestay three times, on the 14th floor 01 (downstairs), the 11th floor 02 (upstairs), this time I lived on the 6th floor 02 (upstairs), all were not bad, but the overall upstairs room has better sight, and the stay is more comfortable. The bathrooms are small, and the check-out time is 12 noon, and other regular hotels are now checking out at 2 pm. Forgot to take pictures.
GGuest UserTraveling to Quanzhou, I was surprised to find a super cost-effective room for 100 yuan. The hotel is newly opened and clean. The room area is also large. The transportation is convenient. The city and the surrounding area are very convenient. It is also close to the Chidian highway intersection. It is a good choice for self-driving tour or business travel. Wall crack recommended
GGuest UserFacilities: Simple and refreshing, the decoration style is in line with the aesthetics of young people
Hygiene: Very clean, feel at ease
Environment: There is a free parking lot, very convenient, and the location is easy to find
Service: The guy at the front desk is very enthusiastic, and the recommended snack bar is also very affordable
GGuest UserThe environment is very nice, clean and tidy, sound insulation is good, all kinds of food downstairs, convenient transportation, smooth network, the room has a separate refrigerator washing machine, very good
