When I came to Quanzhou on a business trip, of course I had to visit it as well. Since time was tight, I made a special effort to research and choose this great location. It just so happened that they also gave away free electric bike rides, and I would like to thank the boss for giving me the guide of ”locals avoid taking the detour and visit more attractions”. It took several hours from lunch to the evening (emphasis: riding an electric bike saved a lot of time), and we visited quite a few famous Quanzhou attractions in the surrounding area (🈶Fuzhou Confucian Temple, Qingjing Mosque, Guandi Temple, Pan Palace, Shuimen Lane, Tianhou Palace, Goldfish Lane, Zhongshan Road, Tongzheng Lane, Hua Lane, Bell Tower, West Street, Kaiyuan Temple, Chengtian Temple, Chengtian Lane). We had some delicious food (Stan Ginger Duck, Miss Xiaozhuangzhuang, pickled fruits, meat bird's nest soup, Aunt Zhuang's taro cake, Pangong braised noodles, four-fruit soup) and the surrounding areas are all time-honored brands that are very delicious. I had a blast and ate a satisfying meal. Thanks again to the boss for the great guide!

We had a fantastic time here in Quanzhou with superb and hospitable weather all through the week, no withstanding the taiphoon passing nearby. The facilities are modern, even an inhouse cafe/ restaurant which provides prompt services with near perfect tasty food and drinks. The room service on the low desk in the room made it the best and most memorable dining experience we had during the mini honeymoon. See the photos attached. The staff esp the reception, even the cleaners, went out of the way to attend to every needs and request from us, always with a smile and highly professional disposition. I personally saw how they handled a particularly difficult client with such grace and calmness, which settled the impasse pretty promptly. I saw the client a few days later who was full of smiles, satisfaction and appreciation of the level of comfort and services she received. I couldn't have been happier the 4 days staying and could have extended more days had there been rooms available. But I promise to return when the first opportunity avail itself. The only suggestion I can give is to make the slippery floor in the toilet more slip resistant. Perhaps with some thin layer of anti slip mat whenever requested by more senior clients like me. I was extra careful going in and out each time, as the water ponded easily there .

This is a new hotel located in the Fengze area. You can take the bus to the main attractions if you are not keen to walk, the bus station is just less than 100m away from the hotel. There are a lot of food options nearby. The room is small but fine for solo traveller, in-room amenities are sufficient. The staff are very friendly and courteous, they provided excellent service. The WiFi connection was not good, but the staff solved the problem as soon as possible and offered a room upgrade for compensation. I would greatly recommend this hotel!
